Drombane Liath (442068)

Liath has been the most amazing pony for me in the last 2 years. She has taught me so much and taken me from 70cm to jumping top tracks and clear around 110cm. She is so much fun in a jump-off and together we've won too many classes to mention as she is very careful and can do very good turns. She also has such a lovely personality and is an angel to catch, clip (except her inside legs and face!), load, hack, etc. She does like a bit of space in a lorry or trailer to get her balance, but has been all over the country in a lorry and trailer with us and she loves a stay away show! We have taken her to pony club camp and pony club rallies (Chiddingfold) and she is up for anything.

I think Liath would suit a confident rider who wants to do the Mini Majors/11 and unders/England Pony teams. She is not a first pony but is very happy to step down for a younger, more inexperienced rider and teach them as they progress up the levels. She gets stronger the bigger she jumps! I had been riding for 2 years when I started riding her. She was previously ridden by Brid Ryan in Ireland (lots of extra videos on YouTube under Eugene Ryan DrombaneLiath).

Never bucks or naps and ridden by small 6yr old girl with success round 60 and 70cm unaffiliated always in the top 3!

Brilliant 10 and under or BS starter pony. Has took my daughter from jumping 40/50 Unaffiliated up to BS springboard. Trains at 1m/1m5 at home with potential to compete in winter tracks with the right jockey. Has a correct technique over a fence and a good even stride.

Loads and stands on trailer or wagon all day at a show. Great for farrier (barefoot) and good to clip. Brilliant to hack in company or on his own. Schools nicely and is snaffle mouthed. Has successfully competed in workers with previous owners.

Qualified springboard and stepping stones 2024.

Qualified bronze league final, stepping stones final, 11 and under final and springboard final in 2023.

Our last year on 128s however my daughter is very tall on him now, so we’ve made the sad decision to sell him early

Not a complete novice ride or a 1st pony, likes to get on with the job. Won’t stand to be brushed all day and is grumpy in the stable around food, has happily lived out with previous owners but is currently stabled and does need some form of turnout.

Buttons is a full up 128 Beautiful Welsh section B Non marish Bay mare.

We bought Buttons as a 4yo for my daughter at the age of 9, Ruby has produced Buttons all on her own into a very confident little pony. Ruby has taken her time building her up correctly.

Buttons is a little winning machine at the 70, (£254 already at 6) she did stepping stones last year qualifying for nationals and only needing 1 more for 24. She stepped upto British Novice doing well, and has dipped her toes into springboards. All taking in account her age whilst she’s been with us. She has plenty of scope and is a great age to continue where she is and move up when the rider is ready.

Ruby and Buttons have also enjoyed arena Eventing where they just won the league championships at 70 and 80. Buttons absolutely loves XC, and is good with all xc fences including water and ditches.

Done everything like fun rides, beach rides, bare back, messing around like kids do :)

Buttons is brilliant to hack alone and in company, my daughter hacks her out alone and just with her friend/s

Around the yard Buttons is so easy, she’s so kind and gentle. She’s bare foot so nice and easy, she’s great to catch, load both lorry or trailer. Shes a real figit to clip, so found it easier to either twitch or sedate.

Buttons has lovely clean limbs, straight moving, she is a lovely forward responsive ride, always been in a snaffle for everything.

The only reason Buttons is for sale, is because Ruby has outgrown her and has to now move onto 148’s, let’s just say if we could stretch her we would then she’d be staying, or if she was old she’d stay and retire, She has her whole life ahead of her at a great age. We would love to stay in touch with her new family.

13yr old 12.2 pony with 412 sji points to 1m. Super competitive u-10’s/90’s pony and has brought current rider from jumping 70’s to 1m in a year. She’s extremely honest, always jumps no matter what, never ever says no.

Real confidence giver. She’s forward going and fast against the clock. Perfect manners on the ground, she’s 100% to shoe, load, clip, catch, wash etc. The kids do everything with her. No issues/quirks/vices. Viewings more than welcome.

Full clean X-rays(including back) in July 22 but open to any vetting. Loads more videos available. Popcorn is a competitive pony for a kid that can ride.

Yogi is a very scopy and talented pony. There is nothing this pony hasn’t jumped! He’s been showjumping, x country, beach rides, loves to hack (alone or in company)

Happily schooling from 90/1.10m at home and proven to be very bold. Been to lots of shows and schools regularly at different venues.

He’s perfect to clip, load, farrier etc. Up to date with jabs, teeth and physio.

Yogi is a forward going pony and needs a quiet confident child or small adult. He definitely loves a jump off round!! He’s been ridden by children and myself as I’ve had him for the last 7 years.

Pearl is a quality pony who is good to load, travel and trim. She hacks alone and in company and is good in traffic.

She is low mileage for her age but very sensible. She has done local shows and pony club with previous owners and has recently learnt to jump, proving scopey and genuine jumping courses of 70cm already.

She would make a great BS under 10s, but equally has the conformation and way of going to make a lovely 12.2 showpony.

She is forward and very sweet, but would prefer a sympathetic rider with soft hands.
