  • Superb conformation.
  • Loves Children.
  • Very true to type.

Hannah is sadly offered for sale as her rider now prefers other hobbies and she is too good to sit in the field any longer. Hannah has recently come to us to be put back in work after a long break due to no rider. Over the past few weeks she has attended a couple of shows, both of which she won.

Hannah was previously shown at County Level with much success and has attended BSPS Champs etc.

Hannah will also work off the lead rein and we feel In time she would love a go at FR. She is a definite contender for RI and HOYS qualifiers next year, the only reason she hasn't been campaigned at RI this year is we didn't feel she had been back in work long enough however she will contend a couple of HOYS qualifiers until sold.

Hannah is the kindest pony with children and loves being brushed and fussed. She will travel alone or in company and will stand on the box at shows as long as required. Please telephone Rachael for a chat, no text messages please.

Gwyn is a 12 year old, section A dun gelding. We have had much success in the show ring as M&M (would also make a nice SHP) and this is where Gwyn loves to be. My little boy has done mainly lead rein and a few newbie first ridden with him as well as some walk trot dressage tests.

Gwyn has hacked with us and been lead from another horse, he didn’t hack in his previous home on roads and so can look at things but is not silly.

Barefoot, good for farrier, clip, bath, groom, trim etc.

He has always been led, groomed, bathed etc by my son who has just turned six.

Very sad sale but my little boy wants to jump and this is not Gwyn’s strength, he jumps on the lunge but is very green and very wary.

He would be priceless if ponies were valued on the smiles per minute!

Show home is a must, very good pony for Trailblazers, Equifest, PUK etc.

Bay Section A pony, 11,3 hh. 9 years of age. Fantastic breeding, Revel lines. "Cwmsyfiog Sprightly" has beautiful paces, and really does have presence in the show ring.
Professionally broken and schooled.

Always been placed in RIHS classes, numerous champs in BSPS and NPS, lead rein M&M. Reserve champ WHP in SWPA. He is a fantastic lead rein pony, never strong and teaches children to ride properly. He is great off the lead and has been used as a first and second pony for approximately 18 months.

This pony has only had two homes in his life, his first home from foal to 7 years old and with us for nearly three years. He has taught my son to ride well, and bought him off the lead rein and attended pc, where he would stand still in a row with other ponies cantering around him. Other children have ridden him and has shown how versatile and trustworthy he is.

He is an ideal lead rein pony but has been ridden off the lead and would be ideal for a confident child coming off the lead. He moves up a gear easily, having competed in ODE, he loves cross country especially. He has done Pony Club camp, all activities, is novice level dressage (affiliated), has done beach rides. Loves his work, works well on the flat, would be suitable for WHP and we thinking he'd make a super hunting pony!

Hacks out alone or in company on the lead and off another horse and off the lead on the beach, mountain rides and in open spaces and always well behaved. Good with traffic. No vices, open to vet.

This lovely boy needs to go to an excellent home where he can do what he loves doing. He loves being fussed, handled by children and is fantastic for farrier, clip, wash, load, travel, etc. Can be caught by a child from the field and is always easy to catch.

Rare chance to purchase a top class pony. Contested lead rein classes for the second half of the summer season 2016 with great results and comments from judges and now contesting first ridden classes with a borrowed jockey. Placed in both his first FR RIHS qualifiers.

This pony oozes quality and has a fantastic temperament, he does not require hours of working in, calmers or ear plugs, he is not sharp and can be ridden at home by a very small jockey. He took a very small eight year old borrowed jockey in for his first go at first ridden in a spooky loud indoor and didn't put a foot wrong. He continues to impress us with his behavior at every show.

No lumps or bumps, straight mover and is really easy to do. He will undoubtedly be a 2017 HOYs and RIHS contender, I cannot speak highly enough of this pony, videos and photos available on our facebook business page Playn Acre Farm Show Team.

Only for sale to concentrate on novices. This pony is a little diamond- a type you simply don't come across, quality and quiet!!! We would be very happy to keep him on our yard to produce but he is so easy he would suit a family home also. He hacks out, pops a jump and will generally give anything a try without hesitation.

Please no more time wasters for this fantastic little chap.

Loving, knowledgable private home awaits with two younger children for the pony to be handed down to.

Meet 'Mardruid Dancing Brave' or as he is affectionately known - Barnaby. Barnaby is a super lead rein pony, very responsive to voice commands, and knows has presence in the show ring. He is clean limbed and always attracts positive comments from the judges.

He is only ever ridden by children aged from 4-13, always in a snaffle, generally only getting ridden once or twice per week due to my time restraints.

He is happy to hack out alone or in company, and will be lead from another horse with the smaller jockeys. Good in traffic but does not like large vehicles or motorbikes unless they pass wide and slow. (Will dance on the spot).

Barnaby comes to call from the field, has no vices and has never suffered from laminitis or sweetitch. He is good for the farrier, goes barefoot, good for the dentist, and does not require sedation. Doesn't mind being bathed, which is just as well as he loves nothing better than rolling in the mud. Never had to lunge him or use ear plugs at the showground, just get on and go.

He loves to jump, and will happily go over coloured and rustic poles with fillers.

Loads and travels well in a trailer, I have never boxed him so cannot comment.

He is passported and microchipped.

Comes with full wardrobe, but tack available by separate negotiation.

Only for sale as I feel he more of a lead rein / second pony, and though my 7 year old Grandaughter happily has a lesson on him weekly off lead rein, trotting and jumping.

There will be lots of tears shed for this much loved pony, so only a five star home will do. Stabled in Sheffield.

Harry is a rising 5 year old, homebred show pony leading rein prospect. He is registered with the NPS and is eligible PBA.

He is out of a HOYS lead rein finalist by Beckside Topnotch (full brother to little toff)

Harry was lightly backed as a lead rein during last summer, prior to successfully competing at a few agricultural shows towards the end of the season. He took everything in his stride and received a lot of positive comments from judges and spectators alike. He was only ridden once between shows and seemed to have a very sensible attitude.

Harry was turned away for the autumn / winter and has recently been away being schooled by Team Perfect near Buckingham. They have brought him slowly and sensitively back in work, both on the lead and off - he is still a little green off.

He travels happily in a lorry or trailer and was not fazed by the goings on at shows. Harry did not need hours of lunging, ear plugs or calmers at the shows he attended last year.

At home he is handled by children, he has been ridden by total beginners, an older lead rein jockey and a small teenager (off the lead). He does lots of child handler practice! He has seen farm life, tractors, pigs, etc and does not seem fazed by traffic. Harry happily trots over poles and would also make a fantastic pony club / fun pony for a little jockey.

Harry is reluctantly offered for sale to a knowledgeable home where his potential will be reached as the breeder does not have a jockey for him.

Price reflects the current market.

Super little 12.2hh lead rein/first ridden gelding, 6 years, for sale on behalf of a client. Ace is a registered Welsh part bred gelding, I sold his dam a few years ago who was also a super kids pony.

We have known ace now for a long time as he has been both a livery on our yard and a resident schooling livery. He is now hopelessly outgrown and jockey has now moved onto 13.2hh ponies.

His nature is easy and gentle. He does not require daily work, he can be put down and picked back up without argument or fuss. Is great for children to handle, brush, catch etc. He is a steady ride, pops a jump. Only ridden in a snaffle and looks after children of all ages. He hacks alone or in company. Lives in a herd happily.

Ace has no stable vices and is totally clean limbed with no blemishes. He is a lead rein or first ridden pony.

We are seeking a new little jockey for ace to love and pamper him the way he deserves.

Up to date with jabs, worming and dental checks. Good with farrier, to catch, clip, load etc. Currently barefoot

Vids available, open to vet. Based Blackburn Lancs.

Super lead rein pony. Has been lightly shown by us. Bomb proof, has done M&M, SHP, young handlers and novelty classes. Loves hacking. Handled by children daily. Full of character he is only for sale as a house move means I need a mare rather than a gelding.

Very safe off the lead rein for a small child to ride about on. Will follow another pony no problem. He does require alot off leg to keep moving. Has been ridden in the open fields by my 6 year old daughter and at the beach. He prefers to do a variety of activities as he gets bored working in the school all the time.

We have had him away on holiday and stabled away for shows which he took in his stride.

Up to date with teeth, worming, vaccinations etc

Bobby kind loving pony that enjoys pony club activities with his previous owners he was part of a junior mounted games team and can be easily vaulted on and off in walk, trot or canter.

He is not too fast or whizzy so would suit a rider starting out in games. He jumps well and could excel with the right rider.

Sadly my daughter wants to concentrate on dressage and although he will give it a go, it is not his forte.

He lives with a mixed herd and can be easily lead by a child from the field.

He has done a bit of everything with us, flat work, Show Jumping, Cross Country, Gymkhana & Mounted Games, handsomest gelding etc. He really loves his jumping (both indoors and out) and cross country he jumps ditches, tyres, goes through water etc. He is good to hack too.

He loves attention and to play with a zip on your jacket is the best!

He is good to catch, trim (unshod), clip and load. He is good in traffic. Will happily live in or out

He has not had laminitis or sweet itch and does not need anything much in the way of feed. His vaccinations are up to date and he is micro-chipped.

He is not really a Pony Club pony as he doesn't like working rallies! He just gets frustrated and bounces up and down, doesn't really do more than that but it is not easy for small children to understand. That being said, we did do PC with him for about 2 years. He is fine at shows and in warm up arenas.

Tack and rugs available. Sad sale but he needs to go and have some fun with another little person.

I am looking for an experienced home for Roo (preferably with other companions). He has a wonderful kind nature and is easy to handle in and out of the stable. Super for a child to be around. He is excellent to catch, clip, bath and with the farrier. He is currently barefoot and lives out. Roo is up to date with his vaccinations, teeth and back.

He has competed at low level dressage, attaining 63% at his first Prelim competition.

He has been schooled over coloured jumps and been XC schooling. He has done a couple of clear round SJ courses and has attended Jump Cross (videos available)

Roo has been hunting with his previous owners. He thoroughly enjoys pleasure rides. He hacks out in company and is ideal for a ride and lead.

He is not a complete novice ride and would suit a competitive child or small adult to carry on his training and success. He would also suit a lead rein home. He is not strong and is ridden in a snaffle.

5 star home is essential for this super chap.

Rosie has been a wonderful addition to our family for the last two years but is now sadly outgrown. She has taught both my girls age 7 and 9 to ride and furthered the experience of their more able friend.

She is a typical kick along pony who will do as much as asked but no more.

With beginners she will trundle around the school at an easy trot and, canter when asked properly. With more experienced riders she is a lot fun and will happily jump a clear round.

We've had great fun over the last two summers, out at local shows doing family pony, best rider and clear round jumping. With her previous owners in Ireland she was a real Pony Club pony, doing rallies and XC too.

My eldest daughter came off the lead rein last year and Rosie happily tucked behind my horse out hacking, giving her rider lots of confidence in walk trot and canter.

She is a dream in traffic - we live near the A21 - unfazed by it all, buses, roadworks, lorries. Walks straight in a trailer and box, good to catch shoe etc, lives in or out. Likes the grass. Never had laminitis but have always been very careful with her weight so would recommend restricted grazing if you have lots of grass.

Genuine enquiries only please, good home for this lovely girl is our priority.

Lovely Pony Club / 1st competition pony, she is a nice sort with a great canter to learn on. She has excelled at Pony Club activities, loves jumping and cross country.

She is very well thought of and lovely to handle and be around. No health issues, she prefers to live out, but will stable with company next to her.

She has done lots of games and gymkhanas, lead rein jumping and is fantastic at this and a winner.

Very sad sale.
