Eddie is a 14.2hh purebred Connemara, 9 year old gelding, Irish bred and hunted over there. Very pretty head, straight mover with 3 beautiful paces and a lovely light mouth.

He is forward going but not strong, he hacks well and isn’t phased by traffic, he is well schooled and has been shown.

He is brilliant to handle, groom, clip, catch in the field and travels well.

Eddie would be a great all-rounder pony and would be suitable for dressage. He would also make lovely family pony to hack out and do showing on.

Pepsi has done a little bit of everything!  He has competed in unaffiliated BE90 ODEs.  He came away with overall 9th at the Championships of GB where he got 3rd in one of his championship classes.

He's done pony club, riding club, show jumping, dressage and eventing all with success.  He has been on many successful teams.

He has been on beech rides, fun rides and regularly hacks around the forest of dean both alone and in company.

Pepsi is only for sale as he has been outgrown and is now looking to have some fun with his next rider.

He would suit a competent child/teenager or small adult.  He does enjoy his work so is not suitable for a novice rider.

He works really well on the flat, he sits in an easy outline and does a good test.

He must go a loving home as he is a great pony with so much more to give.

This is a very sad sale of a much loved pony and he will only be sold to the right home. We have owned Lollipop for 3 years and is sadly prematurely outgrown.

Lolllipop has just come into himself. He is an uncomplicated pony with big movement and a superb way of going, with a fantastic gallop and very correct conformation. Lollipop has not been over shown and as well as being beautiful in the show ring he is also a fun pony who enjoys a bit of show jumping, working hunter, hacks alone or in company, beach rides and just loves being made fussed off, he is a lovely young man and we strongly believe that his best is yet to come...

He is home produced and is easy to do at home and away. He loves to hack out/beach rides. Also eligible for Cherif & Hoys PB classes. He would make an excellent BYRDS pony – competing at Pony Club Area Dressage and winning.

Lollipop qualified for RIHS in 2013 & was 5th, Hoys in 2013, we have contested in RIHS and HOYS qualifiers in 2014, 2015 & 2016 always being placed in the top 10 with narrowly missing out every year.

So far this year Lollipop has qualified for the NPS P/Bred Arab finals in his dressage section.

We bred Archie for my son who is not only far too big for him, but is also not interested in riding! He is the most lovely character to have around, very confident and inquisitive, but always polite and well mannered. He is great to do everything with on the ground, but unfortunately, due to lack of a rider small enough has had very little done with him.

We finally backed him last summer and he never put a foot wrong. He has a light, soft mouth, but has not really been asked to work in an outline (although he tends to) and he has only been walked and trotted. As you would expect with his breeding he has great conformation and fantastic movement and paces.

He would excel at dressage but equally has the presence to be a county level WHP or SHP. Would also make a great all round pony club pony, although he may be slightly wasted doing this.

Kind, gentle, knowledgeable home is required, where his education will be continued. Loan home definitely preferred, but may consider sale to the right person. I don't mind what he goes on to do, as long as he does something, as he is too intelligent to stand in a field looking pretty any longer - he needs a job to do and a rider of his own!

He will be 7 this spring. He is used to mad dogs, cats, chickens and gets on well with other horses. He is pretty much unfazed by anything. He is in his winter woollies at the moment and the photos him aren't great...the first one is a couple of years ago and although it is quite a good resemblance, he has matured and filled out a little since then.

A pony more important than a price, but feel free to give me a few grand if it makes it less ‘dodgy’. Due to his unique character, I am far more interested in finding him the right home than making my bank account bigger.

Gipsyville Chatterbox (Chat/ Mr Box) 13 hand 8 year old (2008) registered section B gelding. Absolutely heart breaking sale of this divine pony due to child insisting on growing. however it is incredible how much Abbie has learnt on a pony like Chatterbox, but she really is massive on him now. Chat is the sort of pony you REALLY learn to ride on its not always been rainbows and cupcake smiles, but Abbie has found him exciting, rewarding and amazing as well as challenging. This pony has changed her from a run of the mill pony club kid to being a sympathetic, tactful and understanding dressage rider, who is now using her skills to bring on a much less talented (in dressage) event pony.

We have had Chat for since a 4 year old, which he was originally produced for showing, he has had success, however he has shown he enjoys much more challenging work as he has one hell of a brain on him and was destined for greater things than waiting in line for an hour before doing a simple 2 minute show… Chat likes to crack on and do!

Chat loves nothing more than school work. He is established at Prelim level and is working and competing at Novice with the odd Elementary move (leg yield, 10m canter circles, collected trot work) and has also been to Sheepgate BYRDS champs in August 2016

He is a seriously keen student and lives to work, he never loses focus on his job and tries so very hard! He will suit a serious dressage addict. He has the most amazing walk, a cadenced trot and fabulous canter, he is not lazy in any way and has a super soft mouth he can be ridden by the smallest rider as he is so light to ride, but is sensitive, he is a high energy pony, so nervous and novice riders are not suitable for him.

Chat is 100% load, shoe and clip, he also is super to hack and turnout with others and will equally stable happily! Chatterbox does like to crib bite in his spare time, but this reduces dramatically when turned out for summer with plenty of friends. He has never worn a collar and does not ever wish to wear one in the future.

We have jumped and cross country Chat lightly as a bit of fun, up to 70cm to keep his work varied, however he is very green in this area, so needs encouraging to get going! He has won local hunter trials and also been eliminated… it just depends if he’s in a jumping mood! (he’s always in a dressage mood!)

New partner in crime needed ASAP!!! Please do NOT enquire if your child does not like forward ponies or is still on lead rein, if you don’t like crib biters or your parents haven’t even given you permission to buy a pony!

Chat has been out of work since October due to serious lack of time, so will probably be quite fresh for a few weeks before he settles into work again, but nothing Abbie hasn’t been able to deal with in the past when he’s had holidays. I’m a super friendly person as long as you’re not moron timewaster, so I’m happy to answer any questions that haven’t already been clarified on the advert.

We have had an amazing eighteen months with Choccie. Our daughter was happy jumping 60cms on her first pony but Choccie has taken her to a new level of height and confidence. He is totally straight forward who wants to please. He is perfect to hack, shoe, catch farrier etc

Snaffle mouth although hunting cross country we wear a Pelham.

His competition record speaks for itself 152 rosettes and 6 trophies.

I could not of dreamed of a better second pony. The only reason he is forsale is because he sadly can't grow with our daughter.

This mare has been taken quietly last season and is now ready to ‘kick on’ this year.

This mare has potential in all spheres – she loves her work and the more she is out competing the happier she is.

Serious competitors only please, as she has too much talent to waste and needs a competent jockey as can be strong to a fence.

My top class 12.2 show pony mare , Romanno Spot the Talent, is looking for a new rider / loan home for the 2017 season.

Tally is an easy pony to produce and is ideal for a child making the transition from first ridden to open classes. This pony is genuine and has won at the highest level. She has been produced by Team Holder for the past three years and ideally I would like her to remain with them but equally I would not object to her being home produced.

Tally would be very suitable for Fledglings dressage and she also has a natural jump.

I have owned Tally from a foal and she is extremely special to me so only the very best of loan homes will be considered. Lots more photographs available.

**BEWARE**

BOGUS EMAILS & BUYERS!

Ref #: 22412

Increasing numbers of internet advertisers are receiving emails from bogus buyers, attempting to scam sellers

This tactic is a worldwide problem; however it would appear to be on the rise in the equine industry, targeting everything from horses and ponies for sale, to horseboxes, trailers and tack

**EXAMPLE SCAM ALERT**

We've been informed of a new email scam doing the rounds. This time the scam email in commonly coming from ‘Travis Bennett’ & 'Cynthia PT', asking a list of questions & offering to transfer a deposit and payment for shipping. Please ignore this email and if you have time report it to Action Fraud, for more details click HERE

In another instance the scammer will contact you via email asking if your horse is still for sale, this will be followed by an email containing 23 questions as shown on the picture on the left. Please do not respond to this email. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and rest assured we are doing our best to combat this.

Another scam which is particularly common, is  when theadvertiser is contacted about an item, asking for more images, and then once the images have been received the bogus buyer will agree to send a cheque for the full amount.  At this point the seller is asked to email their full contact details to enable the buyer to send payment. The seller is then contacted again saying that the cost of shipping has accidently been included on the cheque, and could the seller forward the cost of shipment onto a courier, which is also bogus

These scams can vary, however emails are often written in broken English and written in an over friendly style.  We urge HorseQuest customers to respond to email enquiries with caution. If something sounds too good to be true, it often is!

If you think you’ve been scammed then we strongly recommend that you contact the police

Brilliant 14.2hh 11y mare up for sale who is safe, talented and experienced in what she does. Pebbles competes at BD prelim/novice/novice dressage to music. Currently after 7 competitions, she has 37 points and moves like a proper dressage diva. Together we got onto the central Byrd’s C squad where she has attended 2 camps and she behaved beautifully. She has taken me to two area festivals coming within the top 15 in both.

Pebbles has been to Pony club camp, and countless rallies where she always behaves herself and isn’t whizzy or silly when leaving or returning to the other ponies while also being able to wait patiently for her turn. She competed in dressage for the west Warwickshire and more recently in the jumping 85cm team who came 5th.

While at camp she hunted for the first time which showed how kind she is as she always waited to be asked to canter, can do gates and wasn’t whizzy at all and slowed when I asked her, for a rider who had never hunted she took complete care of me.

Pebbles competes for Solihull Riding Club in BRC competition’s, show jumping and dressage where she competed at the nationals in Lincoln both individually and in the pairs dressage coming 2nd.

She is brilliant to shoe, clip, has always gone straight on the trailer first time and will travel alone or in company. Price includes Albion jump saddle and brown jump bridle. For anymore pictures, videos and information please don't hesitate to ask.
