This is a heart-breaking sale of our daughter's beautiful Mount Pleasant Leading Lady. Lady is one of the most versatile ponies in the South West and could go on in any sphere and be successful. Although dressage is her forte, she has had a very varied competitive life with us over 2 years, having been trained by some of the top coaches in the UK in both dressage, show jumping and eventing, including Jonquil (U18 GB Coach), Hannah Biggs (Dressage) Emily Lee (Eventing) Stephen Hadley (Showjumping), Nicola Cooper (Dressage). Lady has naturally balanced paces which has lead to her incredible success in dressage with outstanding scores of 16.5 in eventing and 72.6 in British Dressage.

Lady not only goes beautifully and politely on the flat, but she will also very happily clear a course of 85cm without any fuss. Lady has done some cross country, skips over skinnies, ditches and runs through water and over logs and brushes and therefore with a little more experience, could make an exceptional event pony as her dressage would put her in first place every time. Lady could also return to her routes of showing and become a successful Riding Pony, show hunter or plaited worker.

Lady has qualified for and attended many championships, NSEA, NPS, Pony Club and has competed at some large venues, Addington, Bicton, Pontispool and most memorable of all Dressage Champs at Badminton House in May of this year. She has attended pony club camp and rallies and goes to weekly training sessions with Millfield School both on the flat and jumping where she always behaves impeccably. Lady will hack out on her own or with others and is so easy to handle on the flat by children, never bargy or impolite. She will stand happily on or tied up to a lorry all day long, patiently waiting her turn and is well behaved in a warm up arena whilst all around her is chaos.

This is a heart-breaking sale of an outstanding competition pony who at the tender age of 8 has got so much more in her to go on to achieve. She is my daughters pride and joy and will only be sold to the very best of homes where she will continue to be loved and competed. I have hundreds of photos of Lady competing in all disciplines and some videos on Youtube under Jenni Monks. Lady is available to be viewed this weekend.

Deano is a fun and friendly fellow, very keen and loves his work. He has previously competed in BD and he has 18 BD points. He is well established in all 3 paces and his lateral work. He is gaining confidence with his jumping and showing promise, he isn't phased by fillers and keeps a nice rhythm round a course.

Deano has been shown over the past 2 years, on LR and FR. He is very correct in his confirmation and has a very straight movement. Deano would strive in any discipline whether it be showing, workers, or dressage.

Deano needs a confident rider, as he can be a bit lazy, and needs a rider who an keep him going. He loves attention and being pampered.

He is not suitable for FYFR, as can be a bit cheeky at times, but doesn't have a nasty bone in his body.

Deano is a stunning pony, and is always admired when out competing. In the right hands he would make a super dressage/show pony.

Dooney is a fantastic pony, my daughter has had him for just over 2 years. She has done everything with him and he's always been willing. As a team they have taught each other a lot but now, sadly, she has outgrown him and is ready to move onto horses to enable her to compete at a higher level.

He consistently scores sub-35 in dressage tests and is always placed at SJ/Showcross 80-90 events. They have competed in Hunter Trails and ODE, again always getting placed and recently won the 80 Showcross at Epworth and were clear at Countryside Live Team Showcross two weeks ago.

Dooney is a perfect second pony as he needs a confident rider who is ready to move up to competing at his level.

5* home essential for this really super very well loved pony.

*SIR PETER PAN* Showjumping Competition Pony Club Pony. Now very sadly outgrown.

Peter Pan is an amazing competition show jumping pony with lots of BSJA winnings. With us he has done lots of pony club including Junior Camp, mounted games, local shows, show jumping including endless rallies (working rallies, show jumping xc etc)

He moves beautifully and does a lovely dressage test. He's previously won at showing as he looks so smart.

He is an absolute jumping machine and loves his job. He was clearing 70cm BSJA tracks with ease with his previous owners.(And winning!)

He's forward going but has a super soft snaffle mouth so would suit a confident rider with some experience although he has taught my son to ride from scratch and my six year old happily hacks out along the lanes and has done rallies on him too. He is fab in traffic and doesn't blink at tractors, vans and rattling trailers.

He will suit a knowledgeable home who will want to carry on doing Pony Club or Competitions as he has so much more to give. Shoes on or off, easy to handle, box, clip and a real family friend who I trust with the children to get in from the field and handle on their own

He really is very much loved and 5* home only. A real super star. We have the full history of where Peter Pan has lived who cannot recommend him enough.

This mare is the sweetest and most child proof pony you could come across, she is 100% in all ways (traffic, clip, shoe, vet, dentist, travel, lives in or out).

I have owned her for 3 years and we have achieved a lot, she has spent the last year competing at unaffiliated dressage and has done brilliantly well up to novice level and has the points to prove it.

She also excels at jumping, either showjumping or XC she takes everything in her stride and would be a perfect team pony in any discipline due to her unflappable nature.

She hasn't got the slightest problem with fillers/ditches/water trays. She always holds your hand whether at a lesson/competition.

I bought her as a confidence giver for myself and have now moved on to a slightly more whizzy pony!

She is also brilliant with a side saddle on. Loads more photos and videos on request.

  • A true all-rounder.
  • 12.2 hh, dob 10.5.2004 Reg Section B, Welsh Pony and Cob society

My daughter has sadly outgrown him before she has managed to use up his many talents. Charlie is a true all-rounder as his flat work is very good with lots of comments on his Dressage sheets of how calm and obedient he is and his lovely way of going, he is also is a tidy show jumper and loves his XC. We had hoped to make the transition to plaited WHP in 2017 but as I say she’s just out grown him but we are all sure he’ll be a star.

Charlie is a very good looking pony, has a very kind disposition on and off the yard and is easy to do in all areas. He will hack alone or in company, is an affectionate easy pony for children to handle but when asked to step up for his work, he always does. He is never sick nor sorry. Up to date with vaccinations. He has totally clean limbs, good confirmation and no blemishes on him or his personality.

Charlie will be an excellent second pony for a child who is keen to compete in every activity, he can be strong on the hunting field but never naughty or disobedient.

As a Mum he is an excellent family pony as he will lead from my Mare for exercise during school hours and long reins very nicely so is no trouble to do, he can be turned out with any other horse, he’s even clean in his stable and no vices.

Good to box, shoe, clip catch. Charlie will come with a saddle, bridle and full rug wardrobe. a 5* knowledgeable home is a must for our special boy.

As we are based in the south west, I am happy to provide help transporting him for someone with the right home to offer him, so not a problem if you are some distance away. Charlie has traveled from the North West to Cornwall a couple of times in the last 2 years and travels very well so distance will not bother him.

Please no time wasters as this is heartbreaking sale but he is too good a pony and has too much to offer another child to allow him to become a field ornament.

Stunning 148cm, 6 year old, Dun, Registered Connemara gelding.

Bold, scopey jump and a lovely natural mover. Always snaffle mouth and works beautifully on the flat, he is a real head turner and is much admired wherever he goes.
He is very easy to ride to a fence and 100% genuine, always helps his rider out of any 'sticky' situation. Been XC schooling proving to be very bold and genuine, water/ditches/corners/steps/skinny's.... nothing phases him!

Hunted and been to training shows in Ireland as well as taking part in lots of fun rides and beach rides with a teenager. He hacks alone and in company and is good in traffic (we have horribly busy roads around us so we don't do a huge amount of road work!)

Good to box, shoe, clip etc and no vices. Lovely temperament just wants to please his rider.

Fit and ready to go, very sad sale due to work commitments and serious lack of time to do this fabulous pony justice.

I believe he has the potential to be a top class BE/BD pony but would equally be a cracking pony club all rounder. Serious and genuine enquiries only please to 5* competition home.

Kizzy is a beautiful pony and oozes quality and potential.

Very well bred pony with superb showing bloodlines.

Kizzy has outstanding straight movement with no lumps or bumps and is very correct in conformation.

Only shown twice last year to commitments with other ponies and feeling that Kizzy needed time to mature so she has been out for most of this year in a field left to mature.

She is now stabled and being fed to improve her weight and topline. Kizzy is a very easy pony to do, she is very affectionate and looks one on one attention.

Currently ridden by a small 14 year old boy, she is happy to hack out and has also proven she has the ability to jump too.

This mare is a really special prospect for next year and I have no doubt that with continued work over the winter she will take 2017 with a bang!!

5 star home wanted for this girl who was purchased direct from the breeder as a 3 year old.

STRICTLY NO TIMEWASTERS, OR NOVICES - THIS IS A GENUINE SALE OF A QUALITY PONY WHO HAS ALL THE POTENTIAL TO GO TO THE TOP*** (If I could encourage my son to compete in this class, I would keep her for ourselves)!!

In 2 years Peewit has taken my 13 year old daughter (off a 12hh pony) from competing at 70cm to competing at BE100/elementary dressage/1m+ showjumping successfully.

Peewit is a dressage schoolmaster with outstanding paces and all ways does a pleasing test.

She has a neat, athletic jump, never phased by bright fillers or water trays, and speedy against the clock. Peewit is honest and bold cross country, and all ways makes the time, jumps ditches, skinnys, brushes, drops and water fences with no problem.

In our first 13 months of owning Peewit, she took my daughter safely round her first BE80 finishing 3rd, to safely round her first BE100 finishing 8th. They have also competed at 6 National Championships over the last 2 years and placed highly individually.

Peewit has represented her Pony Club at Area/Championship level since 2008, either in dressage, showjumping or eventing and has done all pony club activites including camps and rallies.

She would be extremely competitive at lower levels, and is the perfect pony for a young rider wanting a schoolmaster for any discipline.

Peewit is lovely to handle and snaffle mouthed in all disciplines. She has no vices, easy to clip, shoe, load etc. Fantastic pony for a 5* home only. Very sad sale as daughter out of ponies. More photos or videos on request
