NEVER placed lower than 4th - I took him out at the back end of last season to a local show where he came 3rd in excellent company and was beautifully behaved - he knows his job and is a real show man

Excellent movement, free and active behind - He has the most beautiful head and kind eye and an impressive shoulder!! He is a super stamp of horse and I am sure the judges will love him under saddle too (We will find out on Saturday!)

A poppet to handle, really easy to care for - No vices just not keen on having his mane pulled!

Will travel in trailer or box, hacks alone or in company, forward going and responsive, has started jumping and loves it - He has been carefully backed and brought on over the last 18 months and he must go to a home who will continue to work with him sensitively - he is very responsive to your seat aids and is light in the mouth (snaffle for everything, though I do show in a pelham) Has been ridden in a double and accepted with no problems

Excellent feet, no problems with farrier, clip, catching etc

He would be happiest in a home where he will be doing a variety of jobs, WHP, cross country, lots of hacking, pony club, maybe hunting, some dressage etc

I bought him to do pure dressage and he is miserable just doing flat work - He will do a nice dressage test but does need to be ridden in spurs as he is very laid back and not quick of the leg unless it is backed up. Put a jump off and his face lights up and he is much more cheerful

It is a heartbreaking sale as I love him dearly but I feel he would not be happy with a middle aged woman who doesn't want to leave the ground any more!!!

Following a serious accident this is the only pony I have enjoyed riding since, giving me the confidence to canter and jump  for the first time in 25 years! 

Requires a capable rider for schooling as he doesn't particularly enjoy that aspect of his job so can nap for the less strong

He does however go beautifully when schooled by our dressage trainer
