He is so laid back and affectionate, he will make someone a wonderful loyal fun dependable mount as he takes every thing in his stride and really is a lovely horse

Obviously he is a baby so needs someone with some experience but I’m sure he will make a real bombproof ride for all the family once he has completed his education, he is very much that type

He is registered part bred Welsh Appaloosa 3yo gelding who is stunning looking, very eye catching but also have fantastic movement and conformation

He is already backed and will be extremely straight forward and easy to break, already showing a maturity way beyond his years and being very eager to please

Unfortunately we do not really have the facilities to break him properly as we just have grazing land and this is a genuinely sad and reluctant sale as we have jut discovered that the grazing land we rent is being taken away from us shortly

In the last few weeks he has shown slight signs of itching as we are next to lots of ponds & have lots of flies around us as a result, but it has been controlled completely by a fly rug, this is reflected in his price though it doesn't affect him anyway. Phoebe is an impressive girl, and beautifully marked - She loves being ridden and enjoys her work

She also likes to build a relationship with her rider and never fails to give her best

She has lovely paces, you feel like you want to trot her forever

She has a good natural walk, with a ground covering canter without being strong

Phoebe is so easy to handle on the ground, good to clip, hot shoe, catch and wash etc

She is currently turned out with mares and geldings, and although not low in the pecking order, she is not aggressive and prefers to keep herself to herself

We have hacked Phoebe out in all weathers and environments - She doesn't give sheep, cattle, flapping plastic etc, a second look

She is non competitive in company and equally happy on her own 

Phoebe is like many good Irish horses who have a natural ability and willingness to jump natural obstacles

She is a delight to ride through water, jump banks and ditches and is a brave and honest jumper

She will make a great hunter, is ideal for sponsored rides and cross country and RC eventing
