Q. How do I place an advert?
A. The advertise process is very simple - Email your advert by either
selecting the advertise button above & using the link send your advert
details to us (making sure to include your contact numbers, as we will be
contacting you directly for payment details) Adverts can also be placed by
emailing your advert directly to
advertise@horsequest.co.uk
Q. How do I pay for my advert?
A. Adverts can be paid for using a credit / debit card over the
telephone or via cheque. We will contact you once we have received your
advert & can discuss the most convenient option for you
Q. How do I mark my advert as sold?
A. To mark your horse / pony / vehicle as sold - Please email us, using
your telephone number as a reference to
enquiries@horsequest.co.uk
Q. How do I find the horses and ponies for sale?
A. You should be seeing a list of navigation buttons down the left hand
side of your screen starting with the horses at the top and if you scroll
down these buttons you will come to the Ponies & below this the Native
Ponies. If you are not seeing these buttons please go to the address box
located at the top of your screen (NOT THE SEARCH BOX IN A SEARCH ENGINE)
and delete everything in the address box - Then type in
www.horsequest.co.uk and press the enter button (carriage return) This
will totally re-load the whole of the front page and all the left hand side
buttons will appear
Q. How I make changes to my advert?
A. You can make any changes at any time; all you need to do is email us
(advertise@horsequest.co.uk)
or give us a call on 01451 844422, stating the telephone number that appears
on your advert and we can make the changes for you
Q. Can I swap / add photos to my advert?
A.
You can replace a picture at any time free of charge, all you need to do in
email us the replacement picture along with your telephone number. You are
welcome to add extra photos to your advert, each extra photos costs £5, we
will give you a call to arrange payment on arrival
Q. How do I know how long an advert has been online?
A.
All new adverts go in at the top of the page and gradually work there way
down as they got older, the larger sections (i.e. Allrounders / PC) will get
roughly 5 - 10 new adverts per day |
