We have owned Lolli since he was broken as a 5 year old - He is one of the most consistent ponies we have ever had getting fantastic results every time out regardless of age or capabilities of his jockey
He has never been overshown due to demanding work commitments

He has a fantastic temperament and taught my youngest daughter to do her upy downys 3 weeks after he was broken, having since taken them both off the lead, cantering and even popping small fences (my eldest is only 7)

He is the safest confidence building pony you could wish for, totally unfazed by the largest of shows, proving steady,  100% reliable and trustworthy needing no lunging before classes he is a genuine wash and go pony

He will stand on the wagon all day and in line for hours patiently

Lolli did some first ridden classes and jumping with a friends daughter last year with his usual successes

He has really given my daughter lots of confidence, allowing her to jump clear at both BSPS summer and heritage shows this year - The pony comes into the jumps on a steady canter

My daughter has also been on the pony club Show Jumping team twice this Autumn....  Jumping 85cms on her jumping lessons

Ridden in a snaffle bridle...  does a very nice dressage test.

100% in traffic and safe in large open spaces (( My daughter went for a good gallop at Arena Uk summer champs with her much older friends across the fields, having a great time also at Formby beach and Somerofrd Park))

He is handled every day by a 9 year old, who loads him into either a HGV or a trailer,  he is happy to travel with or without company and travel for long distances ((Arriving at a very windy BSPS heritage show in the dark, then lead with a head collar and lead rope by torch light to the stable by my daughter))

As a 128 he is also allowed to be ridden in the heritage first ridden, we have also put plaits in and done ridden hunter classes ((Good manners in the ring; standing still in the line up, an extended canter back to halt and does not bother with the crowd applause when in an indoor show))

He oozes good old fashioned breed type, has lots of quality bone and feather, wonderful length of rein, depth and superb back end

Rising 8 years old this beautiful pony has been very lightly shown as a youngster but and has always done well and commanded admiring looks due to his type and fabulous colour and markings, Polishes up like you wouldn’t believe!

We had intended to geld Sox as a future HOYS M&M LR/FR but with a talented small jockey could well be suited to the open classes aswell hence the decision to wait for a future home to come along and decide from there as once they are off they are off!

Sox has fabulous movement, with powerful leverage from behind and free in the shoulder, beautiful head and lovely small well placed ears

Its become apparent that he adores children even now as a stallion and its made me even more intent on finding him a fabulous home where he can have more attention and fun in life

Last weekend he wore a saddle for the first time and never blinked an eye and then we put a jockey up on top again which he never flinched at and walked a few strides too and again never humped his back or showed any signs of real concern and we feel sure he will be a doddle to break

He isn’t the biggest of pony’s, approx 11.2hh but he is extremely correct and makes up for his lack of inches with his panache and quality

He is a true HOYS M&M LR/FR prospect - He is absolutely correct and more than suitable to be retained as a stallion but I genuinely feel this fabulous little pony deserves more out of life and his own little person to share his life with than covering mares and in hand shows although I am sure he’d be happy doing that too if required

This has been a long, serious and heart felt decision which has shocked many friends at me letting him go but its not fair for him to be wasted any longer and with work commitments and other ponies within the stud things aren’t going to change for the foreseeable future so its with his future in mind I am letting him go

Please no timewasters this is a genuine top class prospect who deserves an equally top class competitive home

He has been seen to rub a little in summer when in extremely midgy areas without a fly rug but has been fine with a fly rug and general fly spray applied - Never had any signs of laminitis, does not bite, kick, rear or indeed any nasty bones in his body, another reason for me using these fabulous old bloodlines is their superb temperament which makes them a pleasure to be around at all times

We have used him for showing but he will pop a small course of jumps, play gymkhana games and would make a fantastic pony club pony with the right temperament to hunt

He hacks out either alone or in company, can be lead from another pony and never spooks or flaps at anything

We have had the pleasure of owning this fantastic pony for nearly 2 years

In this time he has competed at all NPS and BSPS championship shows, winter, summer and Heritage
