Cross country: We have done a couple of hunter trials, he is bold and jumps ditches, banks, water etc. I would expect him to go straight in at pre-novice eventing

Dressage: not my favourite but he is a light responsive ride and an 8stone 5'2 friend has enjoyed schooling him and he will collect, lengthen and do lateral work in a snaffle with no whip or spurs - Would easily affiliate tomorrow

Sting gave me back my confidence after a few nasty falls, was the first horse I rode after an op on my spine and again after breaking my ankle - taking me double clear to qualify for both the 1.05m and 1.20m Scope Classic only 2wks after coming out of plaster!! My younger brother used him to escort a non riding girlfriend on a beach ride, my older brother sat on him for the first time having not ridden for 5yrs and jumped 1.20m in competition

Although a big strong horse who can carry a man he is easily managed by a small person - Needless to say he is good to clip, box, shoe, travel in lorry or trailer and hack out alone or in company

He is capable of going to HOYS as a worker, going up the grades Show Jumping or Eventing, or making an elite Hunter

This is a sad sale due solely to my financial situation, I have owned him since he was 3yrs old. It is hard to put a value on Sting as to the right person he is priceless

A TRULY AMAZING LITTLE HORSE

16hh 11yo dark bay WBxTB gelding by Amanti

This is a truly amazing little horse

He as a superb temperament and is easy to do in every way, i.e. shoe, box or trailer (show him the ramp and he will load himself), catch, stable, vet, teeth, hacks alone or in company

He has excellent manners and is always aware of where you are in his world - Absolutely no vices whatsoever

He is very well schooled and has 49 BD pts - Previous owner was a BD para rider who competed with him internationally (he has an FEI passport)

Current 15yo owner has been competing with him at affiliated elementary but he is now more than ready to do a medium test - Lateral work and changes are established

He took part in the BD Talent Spotting Finals at Addington in October

He has only been jumping for a year as did pure dressage prior to this - He has just been registered BSJA and has won £65 act at Discovery in just two outings, coming 2nd at his first show which was the BSJA Area 46 show at Ardingly, and winning his second show

He is schooling at 1.25m at home with ease

He has been cross country schooled and has competed lightly in unaffiliated ODE at PC/RC level - He came 3rd at a PC ODE at Iping finishing on his dressage score of 27.14

He jumps everything including ditches and water, would easily affiliate next year

He has been in all the PC teams in 2008, including the PC SJ teams competition at Hickstead where he jumped a double clear, the PC Area Dressage where he came 7th in the Open and he has also been in teams in PC ODEs
