PROGENY

We used HARRY sparingly in 2000, as a 2 year old but he produced two cracking filly foals for us out of Pantmanrs Jaunt & Langfield Noilly Prat - both distinguished by Harry's head & spectacular shoulder.

We allowed visits from only two other very selective studs - Springwater & Panmanrs - who were delighted with their very similar high quality foals.

HARRY will be appearing under saddle in 2003 & will not be standing at stud whilst pursuing his ridden career. Therefore, 2002 will be the last chance to use this exceptional stallion for some time to come.

PART-BRED DARTMOORS

Apart from his obvious strengths as a producer of first class Dartmoors, HARRY is well suited to use on Riding Pony mares to produce high quality part-breds.
The example of Pumphill Victor is, we believe, well worth following!
We have three striking Dartmoor / Riding Pony crosses amongst our yearlings. All combine the elegance & movement of the Riding Pony, with the personality & easy manners of the Dartmoor. We are looking forward to three more Part-Bred foals this year.

BREEDING PROFILE

HARRY was Uppacott's first ever foal & we are absolutely delighted with the result.

He is by the famous Shilstone Rocks Fury & has inherited the very best of his exceptional sire.

HARRY'S dam, Sherberton Cocktail, has passed on her genuine typiness through her very interesting older bloodlines.

PERFORMANCE

HARRY was enormously successful as a yearling, taking the Reserve Championship at Bath & West, & was Champion Dartmoor at the Royal Cornwall - we understand only the second yearling in forty years to have won a County Show Dartmoor Supreme Championship..
We have deliberately not shown HARRY since, but he has matured superbly & we are keeping him for the ridden job in 2003.
Therefore, 2002 will be the last chance to use this exceptional stallion for some time to come!
