Daisy is a full up 14.2 mare who is a genuine pony club competition pony. She has three good paces and can turn her hoof to virtually anything. Ridden by both my daughters, she loves to be out competing and we have had a great deal of fun and success with this fabulous pony. Now sadly out grown, after being with us for nearly 5 years, this is a heart breaking sale.

We bought her from Ireland where she had been in all the teams with the previous owner and she has done the same with us.

Always in the ribbons, she has represented our branch in all three disciplines every year and has competed at the PC championships in show jumping, eventing, musical ride and dressage to music.

She has taught my older daughter to ride cross country taking her through the levels from small pony club ODE to competing at BE80/90.

A brilliant show jumper, she has done a season BS Discovery 90, qualifying for the Blue Chip 1m Championships and BS second rounds and also jumped at the Dengie Winter League championships two years running, finishing in the top 14.

Last year my younger daughter successfully competed Daisy in the PC grassroots dressage and SJ teams and in the PC area winter league showjumping competition.

She has been to PC camp every year, and participated in all regular PC activities,

Daisy loves hunting and although strong, is very safe and will look after her rider. She has been hunted regularly every winter and has legs of steel, she is never lame.

She is extremely easy to do in every way, she loads and travels well, will stand happily on the box or trailer, is easy to catch, shoe and clip ( with mild sedation) and lives happily in or out.

Daisy would ideally suit a positive, competitive rider who wants to hunt and do all pony club competitions.

Looking for a knowledgeable 5 star PC and hunting home for this cracking pony.

Based in Lancashire, references available.

Price includes made to measure saddle, bridle and full wardrobe.

Rupert has been a great pony for the 2.5 yrs we have owned him. Taking my daughter from jumping 70cm to 90/1m courses. He is not spooky, jumps anything and good in a jump off. He has good even paces in Dressage but loves cross country. He jumps any cross country jump, no fear and will help an inexperienced rider, he has a good even Xc speed, never fails to be clear.

He has competed in several BE events up to BE100 with previous owner. Always on Pony Club Teams, competing at Regional Championships at ISEC and Area Championships at Cholmondeley.

He is a forward going pony so wouldn’t recommend for a nervous rider.

He is a lovely good natured pony, good with vet, farrier, easy to clip, load, catch etc

Only for sale as daughter has lost interest and starting college in September.

  • Eventing at BE90 - ready for BE100

Harry is currently competing at BE90 level and will hopefully soon step up to BE100. He was based with me at Hartpury College for the past two years where he competed in unaffiliated showjumping up to 1.10 and has more recently done some BSJA Discovery on a ticket after having a holiday at the start of lockdown.

During the summer months when I have been home from college we competed in showing classes where in 2019 he qualified for RIHS as a coloured nnp. At equifest 2019 he won multiple whp classes including the amateur WHP championship in the evening performance.

He was ready to contest open workers this season however due to covid-19 he was unable to do so.

He produces a smart dressage test with 3 balanced paces.

He is bold/careful over a fence, has no issue with fillers etc. and will jump off of any stride.

He can be forwards jumping but not strong and good to hack alone and in company, safe with dogs and small children as well as good to clip, load and travel.

He has been a pleasure to own and this is a very sad sale as we have had him for the last 9 years however his rider goes to uni in September.

Lots of more photos and videos available.

Charlie hunts; first, last and enjoys whipping in. He jumps anything and everything (including wire). Safe and willing.

Charlie does what he’s asked to do and is viceless, the most straightforward equine I have ever come across as well as talented and kind. He has given my daughter 2 fabulous years hunting and competing and is only for sale as her younger pony is now ready.

Charlie was originally bought to look after my daughter out hunting and has mostly been ridden by her. However, last summer he was competed by young adults at higher eventing level as my daughter did not have the experience to do so herself. I have also had several good days hunting on Charlie both in the field and gate shutting.

Charlie is well put together and skopey so Working Hunters would really suit him. (We are not a showing family)

This will be a sad sale for us and a good hunting / competitive / pony club family would be ideal. More pictures/videos available for serious enquiries.

***Very sad sale of our two 138cm ponies due to outgrown***

Holly is an amazing 13.1hh super fun pony club pony - forward going little showjumper with BSJD record up to 90cm and did BE80 with the previous family. She is a pony Club all-rounder that has been there and done that, she has been with pony club families for over 4 years.

Holly has proven to be very bold and brave when it comes to cross country fences and she really enjoys water, dykes, ditches, steps, logs etc. She also loves a bit of speed and was the fastest on the Gallop in a recent pony club training rally with her big strides. We did lots of pole work, dressage, XC, SJ and pony club C test training with her recently.

Holly is beautiful, very sweet and extremely well mannered on the ground. She is happy to stand for hours to be pampered and groomed, very safe to be handled by children such as lead, catch and turn out, tack up, muck out while she is in stable, enjoy hours of sponge wash and plaiting, etc. We let a 4 yr plaiting her tails and mane for ages, she didn't even move.

Holly is very forward going but safe with breaks, she is super fun if the rider is willing to go with her and have as much fun as she does. She loves working and is extremely keen to please, she is very willing to take the rider over the fences even when the rider is not 100% correct or well balanced. She can be speedy and quite scopey, a little pocket rocket fun type.

Holly would suit a confident child / small teenager but not a first pony nor for nervous riders. She appears strong but we had 11yr and 12 yr pony club kids riding her for the first time for pony club training and she was as good as gold for them and not as strong as she appears. My daughter did a few dressage on grass with her, also rode no stirrups and bareback, the rider was totally in control and really enjoyed it. My daughter rides Holly with great confidence, she responds well in open spaces with breaks even in cross country.

Holly loves beach ride, safe to hack, non-spooky, non-mare ish to ride; very used to animals and machinery around the yard.

Holly is much loved by the previous and the current Pony Club families. Slight breathing issue occurred once before and is easily managed (through keeping the pony fit and balanced diet). Passed recent 5 stage vetting with additional breathing test carried out, all clear and happy to duacus

Holly has been kept in regular work and she is totally ready to have fun with the next young rider. Healthy, fit, clean limbs, no vice, no injury. A dream to load, travel, good with farrier, vet, dentist, good to clip body but needs twitching for clipping head and legs.

Comes with full wardrobe - tack and various rugs.

5* home only for a very special pony, homes will be vetted. Previous homes may wish to stay in touch every so often if permitted.

Currently based near Hickstead at a professional SJ yard with good trial facilities. Coach/instructor/vet welcome.

Serious inquiries only please via phone or email; strictly no time wasters, no daydreamers or joyriders.

Finn is a very exciting event prospect, sure to go far in a competitive home.

He is well-handled and used to being in a busy environment.

His sire Glencarrig Dolphin (picture 2) has had multiple wins at BE 100 and Finn is sure to follow in his footsteps and has the scope to go further.

He has loose jumped up to a metre and showed incredible scope and threw a wonderful shape.

If not sold he will start his education with us in September and his price will increase as he progresses.

Will only be sold to an experienced home as he is a youngster with the potential to go far in the right hands.

Feel free to call or text up until 9pm.

This pony( SKYFALL /Jessie ) has looked after my daughter and given the experience she needed when starting out with BE

We have taken her everywhere for schooling and she gives a committed feel both cross country and showjumping

We have had lessons and taken part in many BE schooling days and had the best fun with her

We did Askham Bryan BE 80 and jumped double clear, and we have done show crosses and arena events

She is straightforward, never mareish or in a bad mood and is easy to do in all ways, clipping, travel, etc - my daughter does everything with her on her own

Unfortunately she has been outgrown before we managed to get her out competing this year -which we had planned to do- as everything was cancelled

She is fit and ready to go out tomorrow to a BE80/90

A good home is sought for this special pony

My capable 13-year-old daughter (5'4") is confidently eventing at BE 80cm and is now keen to move up a level competing at BE 90. We are looking to move onto an athletic competition pony/horse in order to compete at PC/RC Teams in D/SJ/Eventing and BE 90cm.

We are looking for a gelding, (we have two at home already – we do love a mare, but so does one of our geldings!) This pony/horse must be kind, safe and sensible. He would need to be good on his own at home and out competing, but equally happy with others- both in the field, hacking and at competitions, with a sensible head and no vices. At the same time, it must be capable of jumping at least 1m sj and event tracks and good on the flat. We would like him to be forward going with brakes and he must not be strong or headless to a fence. We would like it if he were the type of horse who absolutely loved his eventing job! My daughter is happy with quirks if it's the right horse!
We would prefer a pony/horse with an eventing record so he can teach my daughter the ropes at a higher level.

In return, we offer a fantastic caring and experienced private home. My daughter is supported by her mum and aunt who are both very experienced BE riders with decades of experience; riding, owning and bringing on horses. My daughter has been a very active and successful member of PC and RC. She has weekly lessons- either dressage, sj, pole work or xc and attends training clinics and camps. Superb references from trainers also available if required.

Willing to travel in the UK for right pony/horse. We have successfully loaned a horse before so, if you cannot bear to part with your beloved pony, we are happy to loan, but we have a sensible budget to buy the right pony/horse.

PLEASE EMAIL IN FIRST INSTANCE with full details of height, age, experience, lots of photos, videos if possible and price

147 cm, grey gelding ISH, 14 years - BS No: 387980 JC

This is a heartbreaking sale of a pony of a lifetime. Pepper has been in our family for 4 years and my daughter has had so much fun with him. They have mainly show jumped (up to 110), but also some unaffiliated eventing (90 and 100). We now need to find him a new home as she is going to University.

He has 316 BS points, and when she was out of juniors, she decided to compete for school and pony club rather than moving onto horses. They have represented school and pony club in showjumping, arena eventing and eventing, competing at 90, 100 and 110.

He has attended 4 pony club camps with us and done several stay away shows, and is easy to do in all ways. He's good to hack out on his own or with others, good to clip, shoe, and with the dentist. He has done sponsored rides, and ridden the 87 mile Ridgeway for charity. Pepper has 3 balanced paces, and is forward going so not a novice ride. He would suit a quiet and confident rider. He loves showjumping and is very quick in a jump off.

Pepper has had a recent side-bone but our vet can verify that this is now secure. This is reflected in the price.

Endless photos and videos available. References available from DC and Chief Instructor of the pony club, and Equestrian Manager at school.

We really want to find the perfect home for Pepper where he can have fun with the next jockey. Absolutely no time wasters as this is a very hard sale.

Price includes full wardrobe.

For sale - 148cm, 9yo, connemara X TB, mare. Rides much bigger and easily makes horse strides.

Lilly is a wonderfully natured horse who has a fantastic trainable temperament. I broke her in 18 months ago, it was through no fault of her own that she was left late to break and is therefore very low mileage and an old head on young shoulders.

Lilly has completed one unaff 80cm ODE and one BE80 showing serious scope for grassroots eventing and would easily go Novice in the right hands. She has been out to training shows and to a residential camp where she behaved beautifully. She is not the finished article just yet but she has excellent paces and is rapidly developing her strength and balance in her flatwork. She will be easily capable of sub 30s next season. She loves her jumping and is very brave but snaffle mouthed and polite, competing at 80/90cm but has popped 120cm in grids at home with scope to spare. She is a machine XC and will cruise up the levels.

She is a plesure to have on the yard, she is very easy going and can be handled by anyone. 100% to clip, load, travel, shoe, etc. Up to date with back/teeth/vacs. She is a pleasure to handle at an event and stands well on the trailer. Hacks very well, alone or in company, never hots up in open spaces or on the gallops, always snaffle mouthed. Lives out 24/7 (to keep my high maintenance, ulcer prone gelding company) but is equally happy to be stabled.

This will be a very sad sale and I will only sell her to a rider and home who matches her well, I am in absolutely no rush and will happily keep competing her. She wont suit anyone short tempered or heavy handed and she needs a kind, balanced rider due to her level of education.

Open to vet, all veterinary history disclosed. Newton Abbot, Devon

Phone calls only, if I miss you please text and we will arrange a time to call.
