This is still a young Pony, in his prime and ready to go on to excel. He loves his Cross Country, and is safe and foot perfect. I had no worry letting Zara ride around Tattersalls just Days before her Junior Cert. He has always brought her home safe.

Breeze has exceptional Cross Country talent and a fantastic record at National and International level. International ( Always clear CC) - Ballindenisk 2017, Kilguilkey 2017 and 2018. , Tattersalls 2018, Millstreet 2018..

Much loved Family Pony, purchased as a 4yr old for his rider Zara who was only 10yrs old at the time. He hunted regularly with Duhallow Fox Hounds, Numerous Wins Showing and Working hunters, before focusing on Eventing. He has progressed with Zara all the way for 90cm to Pony 2* / International level.

Breeze is still fit, Last Event ( Placed 2nd, Only double clear at Grove ) was at end of September. He is ready for his new rider to take him to assessment days and get to know him for the 2019 season.

  • Has jumped clear at Pony Foxhunter BSJA on a ticket

Back up for sale due to time-wasters.

Veilo, (Farrell Hill Boy) is a talented eventing pony who is now sadly for sale as my daughter has outgrown him. He is honest, confident, bold, but never unsafe and has had several double clears at BE100 and went clear XC around the BE105 at Offchurch Bury.

He has the potential to take someone to Pony Trials or to Novice for a young adult rider. A rider injury (not horse related) and a focus on GCSEs meant that Pony Trials weren't for us but we have laid the ground work for his new owner. Veilo has attended numerous pony programme training sessions and camps and with the right rider, he has the potential to go far.

His flatwork is constantly improving. His paces are beautiful and is always noted to be very promising. He is also established in the basics of medium and lateral work. Whilst it is not his strongest area, with some more work, he proves to be very talented but can get a little tense.

His showjumping is very strong and any errors on his record are that of the rider. He has had several clears and has jumped up to 1.20 at home. He has also taken part in BSJA Pony newcomers and foxhunter on a ticket. He is forward but never strong and will jump off any stride asked of him.

XC is his strongest area - excelling around even the most technical and challenging of courses. The only blemishes on his record for XC are from my daughter's learning and improving. There isn't a fence that we have ever had issues with and will jump anything placed in front of him. He is always looking for the flags. He has schooled around fences up to Intermediate too.

Away from the competition circuit, we have taken Veilo Arena Eventing at Blenheim Palace and Interhunt relays. He represented our Pony Club at the Area Intermediate Eventing. He has hunted on occasions, out on Boxing Day, proving to be exceptionally well behaved, again jumping any fence. He hunted more with his old owners and has a lot of experience. We would also consider him going to a showing/WHP family due to his flashy paces and scope.

Good to do in all ways and never difficult to manage. Travels very well in trailer or lorry and will stay away without issue. Veilo hacks alone or in company and is fine in open spaces (regularly hacks on Salisbury Plains with no problem!)

Veilo is very talented and needs a confident, relaxed rider. We want him go to a home where he can continue to learn and grow and really excel as the competition pony he is.

Due to a minor injury, Veilo has been out of eventing for 1 season, all details over injuries can be provided to potential buyers and clean X-Rays available. There is no reason given why Veilo will not be able to resume eventing at his previous level and move further up the ranks, having been in work since March he has been out competing but we are yet to event him due to my daughter's schedule. He has not had any lameness issues since returning to work and we are welcome to vettings and copies of the vet's reports.

We are looking to either sell or long-term lease him, his home is of utmost importance to us. We have excellent trial facilities.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch. It is very important to us that he goes to an excellent home with the right rider. We will be very to sad good bye to him.

There is the possibility of including Kate Negus tack, Ideal Roella Dressage saddle and Exselle monoflap jump saddle in the sale, all purchased new for him.

Plenty more photos and videos are also available on request.

Kingswalk Moonraker: a real star in all 3 disciplines, making him literally one of the best. He is a definite contender for Grassroots success (he qualified for BE regional final at both events he has done this year - with different riders) and has done FEI with previous owners. He is incredibly easy to handle on the ground and at shows. He has done limited events this year due to rider injury and Gap Year travels, but has been top 5 each time he has competed.

DRESSAGE: super talented, capable of scores in the 20s on every outing (dressage scores in top 4 in his arena every event this year). Classy, has a great presence, 3 great paces and very consistent; loved by the judges. Sired by Bernwode Brokat (who represented GB for dressage and has sired many dressage champions).

XC: Loves his xc; big striding and makes the time; takes you to the jump; forward-going, but not strong; super-responsive and easily changes pace or direction; looks for his line, totally honest over any type of jump.

SJ: he is super-careful and hates to have a pole, scopey, can go off any stride, big striding enough to do horse distances. He is responsive and incredibly keen to please; he needs to have confidence in his rider so likes a bit of leg for reassurance.

We have loved having Buzz this year; he has been an absolute pleasure; competitively he’s been wasted through rider injury and Gap Year travel, but he has been one in a million nonetheless. Rider now off to Uni, so realistically he needs to be out fulfilling his potential with a competitive pony rider.

Currently being ridden by a friend based at Tweseldown in Hampshire with excellent trial facilities

This 14.2hh very smart, straightforward black pony is sadly for sale. Having taken our 12 year old daughter round BE90s in her first year of competing BE, he has been a brilliant schoolmaster.

He would be happy moving down for a more novice rider, but is ready to move up to 100s. Moving well with 3 balanced paces and a natural outline, he is snaffle mouthed in all three phases and is a delight to handle in every way.

Being good to hack, lead, catch, shoe, load (trailer and lorry), clip, he can be managed by all the family and is a lovely pony to do everything with. Has hunted. Pony Club and trainer references available.

Lots of video and pictures on request. He is a super moving pony who could do pure dressage, he is working at Elementary level at home. Clean limbed.

Please ring for more information on this truly special pony.

Merlin has been in our family for 6 years, bought as a 5yo for my 11 year old daughter. He proved to be a fantastic step up from ponies to a 14.2. He has not disappointed and taken part in all PC activities including 6 intermediate camps, numerous rallies and teams.

Merlin is a serious and safe hunting pony who has had many days out with the Fernie and East Essex, jumping ditches, rails and the biggest hedges. He will happily stand at the meet or on point. He loves hunting and is a real pleasure to take out.

Merlin aslo proved to to be an incredible competition pony for my youngest daughter, excelling at SJ, Hunter trials and ODEs.

This pony will go up or down a level depending on rider ability. He would happily take an inexperienced rider safely around a 60 cm course or jump 1m with a more competent jockey, making him the perfect family pony.

Hacks alone and in company, good to load, farrier etc and has no vices.

He would also be ideal for entry level BE 80/90

Merlin had a benign melanoma (very common in greys) removed in 2015, no issues since, hence low prices for super safe "mother's dream".

Much loved and looking for a loving home. Price includes tack and all rugs. More photos videos on request.

Tinka is a stunning, straight moving pony who turns heads wherever he goes. He is 15 years young, with very low mileage and a lovely attitude

Extremely scopey and careful, rarely touches a fence and will jump the biggest of tracks

He happily schools round 140/145 full courses - jumps all fillers and open water. Nothing fazes him at all. He moves beautifully, with natural elevation and has established changes.

On the ground, Tinka is the perfect pony to handle and look after. He is very kind, easy to do in all ways and can be handled and ridden by the smallest child. He is lovely to hack, and is good to box, clip and shoe

He would happily drop down and bring a child back up through the ranks

Qualified JC winter final, and HOYS 2018 in both newcomers and foxhunter, this pony is destined for the top. An out and out winner, pony showjumper tracks are no problem for him at all and he would definitely be a top contender for PSJ 2019

Homes will be vetted as the right home is essential for this much loved pony. Substantial price is required as this is a seriously gifted pony.

No loans, LWVTB, or leases

Seriously stunning and much loved 7yr old Reg Connemara gelding by Dunloughanan Scot. He has been with us nearly two years and previously owned by relations so full history known. He is a consistant competition pony and also very genuine and easy pony at home and has become a real mber of the family. He has been successful in everything he has done.

Eventing - He won his first BE80 and has produced consisant form, finding this level very easy. He has been placed in a number of 90s unafill over BE tracks and jumped dbl clear in his first BE90 at Askham Bryan Horse Trials. His record is consistant and has never had XC fault. He is an ideal pony to qualify for the Badminton Grassroots Championships or PC Novice Championships.s also won arena eventing at 90 and will easily progress to 100.

Dressage - He has been very correctly produced and carries his straight paces beautiully, he is up hill and impressive. Won prelims and Novice and has qualified and placed 5th at prelim summer championships. He is progressing nicely and is now established in his lateral work.

He is such a good pony, has done PC activities including camp and represented Pony Club at interbranch SJ. He has been placed and NSEA 80, 90, 95cm and represented school in SJ and JWS. He enjoyed a good season hunting, hunts beautifully with the Middleton in a snaffle. Crosses a variety of country safely. Hunted by a child and adult.

Excellent to do in every way, to hack out, clip and the easiest person to have on the yard.

Will only be for sale to a 10* home.

  • Limited outings this year due to rider injury, but placed every time:
  • 2nd Tweseldown BE 100 - first competition with temporary rider
  • 3rd Ascott under Wychwood BE 90 - first event with new rider
  • 4th Aston eventer challenge - after 3 days with new rider.
  • Offchurch - withdrew due to rider back injury

Jack (Kippure Buccaneer) is a fantastic and reliable allrounder — and super competition schoolmaster. I have owned him since a lightly produced 6yr old having had no competition experience myself and since then my confidence has increased no end and our results really speak for themselves.

He is almost always placed top 10 at BE, and always placed well BD and at PC competitions.

He is extremely easy to do in all ways on the yard and out competing, very happy to stand on or outside the lorry during long days. He isn’t sharp or spooky, doesn’t change after having days/weeks off, holds fitness very well, and most importantly loves his job!

Talented enough to excel in any sphere, but kind and trustworthy enough for my inexperienced mother to hack.

Jack has wonderful paces, often commented on by judges, and a brilliant jump, getting better as the jumps get bigger, where he really tries and wants to leave the poles up!

A very sad sale of pony of a lifetime, however rider’s height and increasing university commitments have finally forced this decision. 5* home a must for our incredible boy, and please no time wasters as this is a very difficult decision.

For more information please contact Sara Horrell (our long term instructor / trainer), who is handling the sale whilst owner is away at university

Very sad sale of an absolute saint of a pony. Twister is a very smart 14' Dutch Newforest who has enormous scope and versatility with absolutely no pretensions.

He can take a small child around a course of 50 cm - never over jumping - he can then on the same day jump a course of 1m / 1.10 or whatever required without any fuss (having hung around for a few hours!). He always does as he is told - he waits patiently beside the ring and at the trailer and you come home from every event thinking what a star he is. He can be very steady if you want him to and if you prefer he can up his pace.

He just competed at Burghley Horse Trials Pony Club Show Jumping (1.05/1.10) where he came in well within the time which is always set very tight.

This year amongst many other achievements:

  • Burghley Horse Trials Pony Club Jumping - Team placed 9th
  • Gosling Cup (Area 8 ODE) - 2nd in his arena.
  • He won the Senior Combined Training and Senior Dressage at Pony Club Camp.
  • 4th at Boyton Hall in the 1.10/1.15 class.
  • Double clear at Novice Area Show Jumping.

Previously with us he won the Houghton Winter league and qualified for both the Pony Club Regional Grass Roots Show Jumping and Dressage Championships.

He is a perfect pony for any team competitions and last year his team qualified for both the NSEA County and National Championships.

He would be the perfect pony to introduce your child to British Eventing as he does a beautiful dressage test (scored 16.5 at Great Witchingham this year) is happy to pop around the 80 courses but has the scope and ability to go as far as your child would wish to go.

He is good to do in every way - load, catch, clip, shoe, bath.

Has enjoyed Pony Club Camp for the last 3 years.

Lives in or out.

Hacks out - front or back or on his own. (He is the pony we put non riders on when hacking out)

He hunted last season with the Fitzwilliam with a very senior citizen and looked after her impeccably allowing her to jump as he never over jumps!

Home most important for this very lovely pony who will only ever give you joy.

Homebred 9yo 14h Bay Connemara Gelding

Frodo has been the most wonderful competition pony and has given me the best fun competing at the Mitsubishi Motors Cup 2018, being part of Team GB competing in the International Performance Connemara Classes at Dublin and Clifden 2018, as well as being super competitive as a showjumper and the most fabulous hunter.

We have mainly aimed Frodo at eventing where in his first season he picked up three regional qualifiers and then qualified for the Mitsubishi Motors Cup at his first attempt where he did a very respectable test to score 33, a lovely round show jumping just catching a couple of poles (he was jumping out of knee deep bog) and an awesome clear cross-country. Frodo is completely snaffled mouthed in all three phases and particularly loves his cross-country, he isn’t fazed about anything!

I have also competed Frodo at British Showjumping in British Novice and 95cm Amateur Classes where he has qualified for the second round. As I am an adult he has to compete in the horse classes and in the few outings he has done this year he has won over £100 and a total of £130 since we started in December last year. Out of his 9 outings he has been in the top 3 in 6 of them, winning 3 British Novices.

Frodo’s favourite thing in the whole world is HUNTING! He is the most brilliant hunter. I tuck in one behind the field master and he will outjump all the horses over the trappiest of timber but has the heart of a lion and will jump hedges I can’t even see over! He will happily go out on point on his own (he isn’t needy of other horses) and I have even laid trails off him. He has also done gate shutting duties but he much prefers to be up at the front!

Frodo has truly exceptional paces and you wouldn’t believe you were sitting on a 14h pony. He would be a wonderful BYRDS pony and his paces are even good enough to be an FEI dressage pony! He finds lateral work easy and is established in medium trot, canter and counter canter, although dressage isn’t something I have done much off as I work full time and can’t fit everything in.

Frodo has done a bit of showing and I have contested a few RIHS and HOYs WHP classes where he has been well placed in many of them although eventing has taken preference. Last year he won two M+M WHP Championships at NPS Area 24 and NPS Area 29. Frodo has a lot of charisma and is a real showman and I believe he would really excel as a plaited 14h WHP.

Frodo is a shoe in for all the Pony Club Novice Teams and NSEA Teams. He has achieved all his results with me working full time in London and only getting schooled once a fortnight whilst I’m at work, otherwise my mother hacks him to keep him fit for me. He has the most enchanting, cheeky and lovable character and is the favourite on the yard which makes selling him that much harder! He is always at the gate waiting to be caught, you can clip him without a head collar, and he is good to shoe, load and hack.

I have truly had the best years with Frodo, he’s allowed me to have so much fun whilst working full time, I just hop on him at weekends and he rarely comes home without a rosette! He is only for sale as I feel I have done everything I can with him, I’m now holding him back and he could achieve so much more! He definitely has the scope to do BE100 but as I am bit big on him I don’t feel comfortable jumping that height, especially as I don’t get to practice enough.

My dream is to see him having fun with a young rider and he is all set up to give someone the best time! He will only go to a top competition and hunting home and references will be required.

She is a lovely pony to have around, good in traffic and to clip, catch and shoe. She is easy to do living in or out. My 15 yo daughter has sadly outgrown her so she is ready to take her next rider up the levels. Will only sell to a 5* home.

This is a handsome, top quality Connie with a heart of gold. Lenny is a head turner with a great future ahead of him in the showing and jumping rings. Although he will also do very well as an eventer, dressage pony, or as an exceptional all-rounder.

This is a lovely, friendly level headed boy who is nice and straightforward to ride. A pure Connie with that great Irish brain, Lenny has displayed a wonderful attitude in all of his training. And he has had the benefit of being professionally produced at a top competition yard, so he’s been very nicely and correctly started.

Lenny is out jumping tracks of 90 at local shows and his trainer couldn’t be happier with his progress. This is a stunning pony with a beautiful sane and sensible approach to all that he does. He’s a mother’s dream and a type very hard to find!

And to crown it all he’s beautifully put together and will be a force to be reckoned with in the Connie or WH, or show hunter classes. Lenny is good to do in all ways and is open to vetting.
