Fabulous, Proven Lead Rein Pony

Barney is a quality 11.2hh, 10-year-old gelding who has been the ultimate lead rein pony in his current home for the past two years. He has turned his hoof to a wide variety of activities and loves his job!

Pony Club Camp & Rallies
Fun Rides
Hunting & Hunt Rides
Hacking
Local Shows (including Fancy Dress)
Show Jumping
Cross-Country Schooling

I believe he would also excel in the showing ring!

Barney is now ready to find his next little rider, as his current jockey is coming off the lead rein. He is slightly forward for his jockey learning to come off the lead rein but would make a fantastic second ridden with a little schooling (which he has been undergoing) Occasionally shows a little greenness but is honest, willing, and loves his work.

This being said he would also suit a competent child or small adult looking for a fun, rewarding project to bring on. Barney is very scopy as well as being a genuine, kind pony with a great attitude and plenty of potential.

Good to: clip, load, shoe, hack alone and in company. Very easy to handle and a pleasure to have on the yard.
