- 9 years
- 16.1 hands
- Huge amount of scope
- Beautifully schooled
- Would also excel in showing
Rare type to find, 2011 Irish Appaloosa approximately 16.1hh.
Spots is a real head turner, he is noticed everywhere he goes and he has so much to offer.
Spots is my own personal horse who I have bought on a lot, however he doesn’t suit hunting which is primarily what I like to do, therefore he is now for sale.
On the flat, Spots is effortless, he’s so beautifully schooled and a pleasure to ride and watch, he had the most comfortable rocking horse canter and will work in whatever rhythm you ask for, he would excel massively in a dressage or showing environment.
Spots has a huge amount of scope over fences, at home he jumps courses of 1m20, and at shows and outings 1m.
He jumps ditches, logs and fences, hunted once with myself but he was too strong for me and doesn’t enjoy it.
He can be spooky so I would recommend him for a novice ride, nothing nasty but can look at things out hacking.
He is guaranteed to get you noticed where ever you go, a complete head turner and people pleaser!
Spots is such a talented, kind and wonderful horse, he’s a pleasure to call my own but he just isn’t the horse for me, it is a sad sale but I want the best for him, he’s up to date with everything, brilliant to do, an extremely mannerly horse around the yard and super polite, good to catch and clip.
