I am looking for a normal everyday type of pony / horse. Something that will carry a lightweight adult lady. Preferably about 14-2hh medium weight type or a smaller cob , maximum up to 15-2hh. I would like to be able to hack out safely on my own and with company so must be good with traffic. I would also like to be able to attend some dressage competitions, go to a local adult camp, take part in low level show jumping and maybe pop round a small X C course.

The right horse / pony will be easy to do, easy to load and be calm and sensible when out and about. An older horse would fit the bill , maybe looking to step down a gear. I can offer a very kind sympathetic home , with a vast amount of knowledge, Vet, Farrier and Pony Club D C all in immediate family.

Family farm to retire to when can no longer be ridden.

I do not want a potential Hickstead show jumper or an Olympic dressage horse , nor to go to HOYS nothing that has potential , just something that can come home with me now and get me back riding .

A sensible budget available for the right animal, possibly something that a teen has outgrown , or something that cant quite make the big fences, or a retired show horse / pony

Super little mare ready to go on either as a hacking pony or make super pony club pony for the right child. Betty has a lovely straight forward attitude with a super soft mouth. Never strong or hard in the mouth. Not spooky or fizzy. Very patient when out hacking. Sound in all types of traffic including push bikes. Betty has done a bit in her early years then had a couple of foals. I have spent time with her schooling and mainly hacking. I don't have an area so it is mostly hacking and field work.

She is a very correct mare with sound confirmation and a good stamp able to take a small adult , teenager or 2nd pony for a child moving up. She would make an ideal pony for a family share. She would be good for pleasure rides , beach rides and generally a fun pony .

She is currently unshod with very strong feet. She is due a set of shoes in a week as I am now doing more road work.

Hedgethorpe Master Jack - 14 year old, fell pony stallion. True to type.

Jack is easy to do in all ways. Don't let the fact he is a stallion put you off as he is probably the easiest horse I have owned. He is stabled on a yard next to mares and hacks out with them.

Hacks out alone and in company. Nothing fases him.

He did his first proper season with his previous owner in 2019 where he qualified HOYS on the flat at RHS. He also jumped couple HOYS workers tracks including Royal Highland. He is still eligible heritage novice workers.

Needs very little working in, no calmers or ear plugs needed.

Whilst I have owned him he has always been placed at every show we have been to. Always lovely comments of judges.

I did not compete last year due to other commitments.

He has had the winter off and is now coming back into work.

He was used as a breeding stallion before his ridden career and has bred some lovely off spring.

This is not an easy decision and he will only go to the best of homes.

Full wardrobe including practically brand new black country classic saddle available at extra cost.

Looking for a safe and sensible 14.2/15.3 hh gelding 8 - 16 yrs for hacking and schooling/prelim dressage, possibly low level jumping due to having a riding accident last year and then losing my horse of 7 years.

Horse would want for nothing and be kept on large livery yard with excellent facilities including indoor/outdoor/jumping arenas as well as plenty of off road hacking. It is important that horse can be walked through fields on the buckle end as well as enjoying schooling as the winters are long!

Based in North/West Yorkshire but willing to travel .

Olaf has tremendous potential. Straight silky mane, tail and feather with an amazing frame and limb combined with excellent movement he is sure to be an outstanding open pony.

He has been lightly started having lived out until recently, he has been lunged and very lightly backed and turned away, he will make an amazing novice for next season.

He has been loaded and travelled to a show for an educational trip, has had the farrier etc.

He is very loving in the stable, loves a fuss and attention.
