Chester is a striking horse with much presence who is admired wherever he goes.

His BE record speaks for itself, with a win and numerous placings at BE90 level last season (just one blip due to course error). Currently fit and competing, he produced a lovely double clear on his first outing this year at Tweseldown. Bold into water, with ditches, steps, skinnies and corners, Chester is a fantastic grassroots horse and would be great fun for a competent rider to take up the levels.

Brought on slowly and correctly with a varied education, he has won and been placed at unaffiliated dressage and show jumping. He has three lovely paces, working at novice level on the flat and jumping 1m courses comfortably at home. He also hunted impeccably as a youngster and has consistently shown he can turn his hoof to anything.

Chester is snaffle mouthed in all disciplines. He is good to hack, both in traffic and open spaces, is a delight to handle, clip, shoe, load, catch, with the dentist, stands alone or in company at shows - a real yard favourite and a sort hard to find.

He had a very clean set of x-rays including neck and back when we bought him 3 years ago. Very sadly for sale now due to lack of time.

7YO KWPN 16.2hh Gelding (Dakar VDL x Calvados)

A compact quality horse with a neat, careful jump and 3 correct paces. Consistently jumping double clear and placing at Newcomer and Foxhunter level. Has jumped around the 1.30m at Addington Training Show and found it all easy.

Well schooled on the flat, he has also jumped double clears around UnAffiliated BE100 events, but given his talent over fences he has gone more down the showjumping route but would also do both! He was also great fun to teamchase around the Warwickshire Novice!

Very safe on the beach where I do all my fitness work and she loves a canter in the sea!

Great in open spaces and group sessions, she’s attended all pony club rallies and also trained with the GB Young Rider Talent Pathway all winter with top trainers. Perfect mother daughter/ son share! Very sad sale of this wonderful horse but sadly rider is choosing to concentrate on the younger horses.
