Internal height in horse area 2.5m

Reinforced bulk head 1.32m to breast bar sit back from Brest bar with reinforced top .45m Brest bar height 1.2m

The anti climb with integral Brest bar is manufactured from 100×50mm aluminium welded to an internal Ali frame which is bolted to the sides of the horsebox. The frame is covered with glasonite reinforced marine grade ply 10mm thick on upstand, and 15mm thick on shelf top.

The area below the Brest bar is a welded Ali frame with an internal half height door to living area, the frame is marine grade lined and over finished in Eva rubber.

The drivers side horse area wall is again strengthened with an Ali box section at the same height as the Brest bar, this is welded to the internal Ali frame, and bolted the the wall. The body wall on the drivers side and the width across the bulkhead behind the cab is internally lined to circa .5m with1.8mm Ali bonded to the internal walls, this is then over covered with Eva sheet, and the strengthening bar is also concealed behind vinyl padding.

The length from the bulkhead behind the cab to the Brest bar is 2.15m

The floor size is slightly over 2m.

The partition is 1.65 high at the lowest point.

The floor has Ali gutter fitted around all walls, the underfloor is industrial wizawire phenol coated flooring with 25mm Eva mats over.

The ramp is 1.68m wide x 2.22 high, constructed of welded 3mm Ali box clad in aluminium externally, with wizawire flooring over covered with matting and Ali anti slip stripes

Roof is fully lined, there is LED lighting throughout and roof vent.

2 large grilled horse windows and 2 high level vent windows.

There is also a solar panel fitted to assist battery etc Tack locker is external, fully carpeted.

Living area is fully lined, electric hook up fitted, electric remote control central heating, and built in microwave and additional power points for appliances.

Lighting, and smev sink with tap. Built under water tank with external locking filler cap. Internally there are cupboards and draws with shelving and hanging space, the seating has storage below, and pulls down to a small double bed if required.

The seating also has built in cup holders.

There is a roof vent and window in the rear door, and lockable half door to horse area. Mot is until December but would be happy to put through again.

The vehicle has high mileage on the clock, however the following have been clock, however the following have been replaced as part of the conversion, with bills to support.

New engine (not a reconditioned unit).

New clutch

6 speed manual transmission.

New steering rack and suspension bushes. New brake callipers, discs and pads, new
tyres.

External spare wheel with SS cover

All wheels have Ss wheel trims.

The cab is fitted with horse camera, reversing camera, sat nav av pick up, CD player,

hands free.

There is also an isolator fitted.

The vehicle underwent an extensive and complete rebuild it was not built to budget, but to my specification with safety and build quality and longevity the priority.
