- The most willing and honest horse on the market!
Top quality Irish sports horse with three beautifully balanced paces and a fantastic attitude to ridden work.
His sire has just been named as one of the top 5 Irish Draft breeding stallions for 2025
Hacks alone or in company and has been introduced to the basics of schooling. Hacked on main roads, past farm machinery and lorries no problem and super safe in open spaces. Jumped logs and ditches whilst hacking too.
He is a late starter which means he requires a confident rider to further his education and bring out the best in him.
Also means he hasn’t done too much too soon like a lot of younger horses these days!
Weight limit of twelve stone just because he can’t take a saddle bigger than 17 inch as he is quite a compact little horse.
Good for the farrier, dentist, physio and good to be clipped.
Can be stabled or live out.
Has jumped small jumps in our schooling paddock and seems willing and keen.
Unfortunately failed a 5 star vetting in July due to being silly in the field with his friends and knocking his pelvis out of line which was easily done because of the weak muscles in the back end.
Since this date he has had extensive physio, osteo and chiropractic work down to realign and correct this and now the main focus is building his hind end musculature up to keep the pelvis level.
Because of this I have heavily reduced his price on the hope of finding him a home before I have surgery and start my treatment because I won’t have the time he needs putting into him and he will just be sat in the field.
Plenty of videos on request.
Open to viewings but I’m not putting a fat, unfit, barefoot horse through another five star vetting for no reason as I don’t believe it’s fair and I don’t want the flexion test to undo the work that’s been put into getting him right. He does trot up level now and is back in low level work as well as ground work too so can be ridden on viewings.
Just to note that the video of him jumping for the first time was taken after the vetting once he had the correct body work carried out.
Please message for more information. I don't have signal where I work so I wont be able to answer any calls.
