Competitive young Irish Sports horse for ambitious, confident rider.

Duke has an active brain, loves to be kept busy but has a gentle temperament. He is still green in some aspects as he has been produced slowly and carefully due to his size, but has attended lots of clinics including arena XC, SJ and pole work. He really loves to jump and has never so much as looked at a filler. He has done unaffiliated SJ, and BS to 85cm on a ticket.

He schools nicely, with a lovely uphill canter. He has competed in a few unaffiliated dressage tests scoring high 60's.

He is snaffle mouthed for everything, a gentleman in warm ups and will stand on the lorry at shows without fuss.

Can be spooky to hack alone but a dream in company, happily cantering with a buddy without becoming strong. Has seen hounds and would love fun rides.

Lives in or out and loves a busy yard! Up to date with shoes, teeth, vaccinations.

Duke is only for sale due to change in owner's job which has left a lack of time to dedicate to his continuing education. Open to sensible offers to the right home. No novices or happy hackers please, he is a big young horse who needs a confident rider.
