Beautiful bay 5 year old 16.3hh pure warmblood gelding. This stunning gelding is bred to jump and comes from a family of international show jumpers and eventers. Quick Star bloodlines! Bred at the famous Castell stud in wales with Mark and Amanda Forster.

Poldark was broken as a three year old and is riding on very well. Rides out alone or in company and is bombproof in traffic. Lovey paces in the school and enjoys his work. This horse has scope to burn!! Amazing ability over a jump and loves his jumping. Not strong or silly into a jump. Been for professional showjump school with Ben Edwards and is based at his yard. Currently out competing doing British Novice course.

Would make a top showjumper or eventer, or would equally make a county level worker hunter with his movement and conformation.

Poldark has hacked out on roads and on open common land. Also done showjumping clinics. Always sensible when out and about.

Not for a novice or nervous jockey as he’s a young horse. He really will make a great project for someone. Nice manners on the ground and very good to handle.

Hellish scope over a jump, beautiful floaty movement and impeccable conformation, this gelding really has it all. Very good strong feet and fully shod. No lumps or bumps, clean limbed. A really great stamp with great bone and a leg at each corner.

This gelding is sure to go to the top on the right hands. Only for sale as I’m too busy with my running my own business.
