George has every quality you could wish for in a pony—safe, reliable and bursting with personality.

He has taken our daughter from a novice straight out of riding school to a strong, independent rider, and he has done so with total patience and kindness.

George has three lovely, balanced paces but does need a rider with a bit of leg he is more woah than go. He has previously competed across the country in showing classes with great success. With us, he’s enjoyed a varied lifestyle including beach rides, farm rides, and arena hires. He hacks well in company and takes absolutely everything in his stride—nothing phases him, including heavy traffic.

While jumping is still relatively new to him, he has started popping small fences at home and is showing willingness but this is not his favourite discipline. He would suit a confident rider who wants to continue developing this area with him, but his foundations are there.

George has a cheeky, but lovable character that everyone adores. He’s kind on the ground, gentle around the smallest of handlers, and has impeccable stable manners. He’s good to catch, box, clip, shoe, and stands like a rock for grooming and fuss. He’s up to date with vaccinations, teeth, back, and farrier. He can live in or out happily and has no vices.

He passed a full 5-stage vetting in 2022, which we are happy to share with serious buyers.

Only available due to our daughter sadly outgrowing him and moving onto horses.

George means the world to us, so finding him loving 10* home is absolutely essential.
