Aberaeron Brenin Llyr, a home-bred Welsh Cob Section D yearling gelding, born in 2024.
The 6th generation of our breeding and one of the best we've ever bred.
With some lovely Derwen, Menai and Maesmynach breeding has great potential.

Brenin Llyr translates as King Lear.
He is a pleasure to own, easy to keep, easy to load, ties up and is good with the farrier.

A very eye catching gelding, he will make a great riding horse, ideal for Welsh Cob Sec D or Mountain and Moorland classes.
With nice straight paces, plenty of presence, he's handled daily and now ready for the shows!
His grandsire is the HOYS ridden champion Menai Sparkling Imperial and hopefully in the right hands, Llyr will follow in his footsteps.
