Gwen is a fun and forward going mare, with beautiful paces and bold jump. She loves her jumping, not spooky over fillers and very genuine - she’s been hunting, fun rides, hunter trials, SJ and more recently tried out her first ODE. Currently out and about regularly at RC clinics and competitions.

Hacks alone or in company, excellent in traffic - we have to get through a business park to access hacking on the common so used to seeing buses, HGVs, children, cows, dogs and all sorts! Easy keeper, barefoot and never been shod, up to date on everything, turned out in mixed herd, genuinely nice person to handle.

Gwen can be a little green in the school, she works in a contact and has basic lateral work but she was a broodmare initially, so has low mileage for her age. But in all honesty, she see’s flatwork as a means to an end and would prefer someone with aligned interests - dressage diva is not her dream!

Gwen is a very sweet and genuine mare however she is not suitable for a novice or nervous rider in any way. She is sensitive to her rider and needs someone balanced and quiet. Sadly she has some scars which suggest someone’s not been kind to her in the past, and just needs time to build a trusting relationship with her people.

Finding the right home is absolutely paramount for this lovely mare - she’s come to mean an awful lot to me, but she’s not getting the undivided attention she deserves due to my personal circumstances. She’s up, running and ready to fly with right person this summer. Plenty more photos and videos available on request.
