Polly , a stunning 16.1/16.2hh 5 year old ex-racer, bay Thoroughbred mare with a beautiful temperament both under saddle and on the ground. Polly is a true head-turner.

She has transitioned wonderfully from her racing career to a more relaxed riding lifestyle, showing exceptional willingness and a calm demeanor. eligible for ROR as has been in training.

Polly is incredibly gentle and easy to handle, making her a joy to be around. She is responsive and attentive when riding. Proving to be a promising prospect for the perfect all-rounder or competition horse, Polly’s kind nature and adaptable spirit make her an excellent choice.

Her training is well-rounded, including basic dressage, and she enjoys hacking and going out and about to different venues

Hacks out alone or in company, happy to lead or go behind.

3 balanced paces, and works beautifully, we have really focused on building up her strength and filling out her rather large frame! Polly has started jumping and is ready to go out to arena hires with courses which she will be doing in the next week or so. She really enjoys jumping,already popping 80 - 90 cm, showing lovely technique, willingness and a super bold attitude.

Been hunting and was an absolute gem, not strong or silly just an absolute pleasure, just an absolute dream and one of my most relaxing rides to date!

Polly gets along well with other horses and is easy to load, shoe, and clip. With her winning personality and elegant presence, Polly is ready to form a special bond with her new owner.

Be a fantastic all-rounder/ eventer, would suit an ambitious amateur or competent teenager looking to do more

Very bold! And so professional bombproof in the heaviest of traffic! Crosses A roads, cars and trailers not an issue

No injuries, or vices, retired sound just not in love with racing

Please note she does have a parrot mouth, this will flag up on a vetting, whilst it doesn’t affect her in any way , teeth do usually need doing more regularly and it is something that has to be taken into consideration. This is taken into account with her price
