Bob is a talented 7-year-old gelding that has lightly raced with serious potential for ROR classes and grassroots to higher-level eventing. Bob retired his short racing career at the age of 5 without any injuries and had a long holiday before we was patiently produced and retrained. He is far from your average thoroughbred, boasting three expressive, uphill paces, a powerful, scopey jump, and an incredibly careful technique—he does not like to touch a pole.

He’s got a great brain and a lovely attitude. Would suit someone confident wanting to have fun at the lower levels, but equally has enough quality and scope for someone with bigger goals. He’s straightforward and genuine.

He has plenty of outings under his belt, some of which are as follows:

• XC schooled at MPEC, Pontispool and Berriewood – bold and accurate, jumps everything including ditches, water, skinnies, steps etc.
• Been to a range of clinics (SJ, arena eventing) and always gets great feedback.
• Been out to several arena eventing competitions – brave and straight every time.
• Unaff SJ outings at 80/90cm – placed 2nd in his first 90.
• Combined training at Cherwell – 5th in his first outing, dressage in low 30s.

Hacks alone and in company, good with all kinds of traffic. Easy to clip, box, shoe. No lumps, bumps or vices.
