13.3hh 8 year old bay New Forest Pony gelding.

Max was broken as a 6 year old and has been produced slowly. He enjoys a trip out to the x country course and will happily pop logs etc whilst out hacking. He's never spooky and will take the lead or fall in behind.

Max takes up the leg well and has recently been ridden by small adults, he would suit a competant child or small adult. Max is the sweetest pony on the ground and is regularly handled and groomed by small children. His ground manners are impeccable and he is a yard favourite.

Max is a fun loving typical New Forest Pony, and loves nothing more than an outing. He's been showing as a working hunter pony, inhand and under saddle in native classes, where he loved the attention and always brings home the ribbons. Max also loves to jump and has been to a couple of hunter trials, show cross competitions and has been out hunting with the Braes of Derwent, where he was great with the crowd, hounds and quads.

Max needs a human of his own to love him, and enable him to develop to his full potential as he is not yet the finished article. He would make a cracking hunter or M&M WHP as he has all the jumping ability and is true to type.

Max has good feet, is currently barefoot, and up to date with teeth and worming.
