15.1hh, 13 year old, New Forest x Thoroughbred mare.

After 6 years we’ve made the difficult decision to put Millie up for sale due to rider graduating university and no longer having the time she deserves.

Millie has competed up at BS95 and BD novice with scores in the high 60s and nearly always in the placings.

She’s been there and done that eg: pony club, fun rides, beach rides & competitions. Millie has been to Pony Club Regional Championships, BD U25 Championships twice qualifying for the finals both times coming 10th and 6th in the semi-finals and in the top 20 in the finals. 4th BD Petplan Areas 2023.

She has three nice paces producing established leg yields, shoulder in, mediums, counter canter, etc... and loves to jump.

She’s very easy to look after, always a yard favourite. She lives in and out, good to shoe, load etc… Hacks alone or in company, will stand at the lorry all day and won’t make a fuss.

Millie would be perfect for a rider transitioning from ponies, offering fun and experience across disciplines. With the right rider, she also has the potential to progress through the levels in dressage, I’d love to have done more with her but just don’t have the time!

Millie does have arthritis in her stifles and coffin joints, this is treated through steroid injections which has proved to be very successful.
