Jack works well in a frame in all 3 paces. With a lovely floaty movement and huge flashy extended trot, that will certainly catch the judges eye.

Jack enjoys jumping. And has plenty of scope and ability. Jumping around courses with fillers and water trays. He’s currently schooled up to 85cm at home. He has showjumped to 60cm with placings and has qualified for the sunshine tour at 60cm. He shows plenty of ability for larger tracks. We’ve taken him XC schooling where he jumped everything asked including going through the water, up and down steps, and over the ditch.

Recently Jack took part in the local pony club show where he placed in the showjumping and won the handy pony class.

He has previously done lead rein hacking where he has been good. And hacks out off the lead rein with a person walking on foot. He lacks experience hacking completely on his own and when first hacked on his own he could be spooky/ looky without a human to follow, he has improved hugely and is gaining confidence each time. He is good in traffic. Also can be led of another horse for ride and lead.

Jack’s current owners need a pony that can be kept on working livery at a riding school and unfortunately Jack didn’t enjoy it and started to buck.

Jack would suit a home where he can still be brought on and produced a bit more as he is a little green for his age but shows all the making to be a top class competition pony. He would be an ideal second pony.

Jacks shows huge potential for the show ring and could excel both in the flat classes and in the working hunter classes. He also shows enough scope and ability to be produced to jump the British showjumping tracks as a BS starter pony. Or become a very smart Pony club pony.

Good to catch and handled by young children. He is good with the farrier (currently barefoot) vet, dentist to load & travel, clip and catch. Green passport and up to date with worming and vaccinations.
