Poppy is the ultimate pocket rocket. She is a keen, forward mare that wants to get on with her job. I believe with the right rider she has all the scope to go up through the levels eventing. I bought her direct from her breeder (a 5* event rider) where she was broken, produced and competed up to BE90.

She has an incredible jump, fillers/trays etc do not phase her. She is a complete XC machine and does not bat an eye at trakenhers, ditches, water etc. She does however need a confident rider.

Schooling is her weakest phase, she’s a very forward and responsive mare and very reactive from your leg. She has beautiful paces and with the right rider can produce some lovely work. I do believe she would do very very well in the show ring with some more schooling.

She is fab to hack on her own/in company, although does march and likes to get on with it. Good with tractors, trailers, lorries.

I have done everything with Poppy including hunter trials, showjumping, dressage, ODEs, stay away camps, beach rides, fun rides.

Good for vet, farrier, loading, catching, travelling in lorry or trailer etc. She is a lovely person on the ground and will stand to be groomed/have cuddles all day long. No vices.

She has been treated for ulcers but this is managed. She also needs management with her teeth and has diastemas which have been treated with bridges. She just cannot have chaff and has a mash.

She is fit, out having fun and ready to find her next person.
