Charlie would make a top class amateur horse or would progress as an eventer. He is incredibly bold XC and has competed prelim dressage with great results, he would definitely excel further. Charlie has jumped up to 1m30 tracks, winning a Foxhunter and 1m25 recently. He is still eligible for Foxhunter classes.

Charlie has had great success with us, qualifying for the Blue Chip British Novice final and competing at Hartpury in 2023, he qualified and competed in the discovery second rounds in 2023 getting to the third and final round. Charlie qualified and competed in the Blue Chip Power (Newcomers) final in 2024, he has qualified for the Newcomers second rounds in both 2024 and 2025. Charlie has previously qualified for the national 1m30 final and he has been a part of the BS Sussex team who won and qualified for the National final.

He has a fantastic personality with a huge heart and will be missed on the yard. Although he’s a big horse, he’s suitable for both men and women riders. Charlie hacks out alone or in company. Good to catch, shoe, clip, load etc.
