Sad sale of much loved family Horse. We have owned Skye for nearly 3 years now. My daughter moved on to Skye from ponies and she has proven to be such a fabulous first horse. However due to personal circumstances we haven’t had her out as much as we would have liked over the last two years and now she’s sadly outgrown as my 15 year old daughter wants to move on to horses and has grown long in the leg.

Prior to that, Skye has taken part in Pony Club and Riding Club activities including camp.

Competing at 70/80cm but definitely has scope for more. Easy to handle, clip, load etc. Snaffle mouthed. Forward but not strong. Can pop in an excitable buck but nothing dangerous. Never reared for us. Can hack alone or in company, not spooky and lives on a farm so used to traffic and farm machinery. Travels in a trailer or horsebox.

Up to date with vaccinations, teeth etc. Has melanomas but never caused a problem – happy for any vetting or access to vet history and vetting certificate from August 2022.

Lives out in summer and comes in in Winter. Very low maintenance and low mileage for age.
