Luna is the ultimate competition pony in the making – talented, trainable, and totally genuine. We bought her summer 2023 and she’s been an absolute dream to produce. Always kind and willing, she turns her hoof to anything and gives 100% every time.

She's the type of pony that rarely comes up for sale – a genuine all-rounder with the attitude and ability to go far in the right hands.

Competition Highlights & Potential:
Exceptional breeding:
Sired by Castleside JJ Junior, the only pony in history to win the loose jumping and then the following day win the 3-year-old in-hand stallion class at Clifden. More importantly, he is producing serious quality stock, combining performance and show quality in his progeny. Luna’s dam carries strong Hazy Dawn bloodlines, adding proven versatility and class to her pedigree.

Showjumping:
Winning at 70cm unaffiliated with scope for much more – easily schooling over 100cm at home, and recently jumping grids at 1.20m. Super brave and genuine, she never stops trying.

Cross Country:
Faultless XC record – brave to everything including ditches, water, steps, skinnies. Schooled at Somerford BE100 fences and competed at training camps such as Eland Lodge with clear rounds.

Dressage:
Naturally uphill, light off the leg, quick to learn and very trainable. Working correctly in an outline with balanced paces and lateral work started – rein back and shoulder-in coming easily.

Would excel in BE, British Showjumping, BD, Pony Club, NSEA, or grassroots eventing. Ready to affiliate and win.

Flatwork & Rideability:
Three quality, balanced paces with an uphill way of going – highly desirable for dressage and showing.
Light in the hand and responsive without being sharp.
Always tries her best and improves every session.

Hacking, Handling & Temperament:
Hacks perfectly alone or in company, in front or behind – excellent in traffic and open spaces.
