133cm beautiful 5yr old mare please don’t be put off by her age she certainly has an old head on young shoulders, this pony does it all.
We bought Mabel as a potential HOYS junior coloured pony but my daughter has outgrown her before they’ve had chance to do any qualifiers.
Mabel has the kindest temperament and is super chilled. She’s amazing to hack with traffic and in open spaces, she hacks alone in groups first or last, she absolutely loves hacking. Shes not spooky or silly and takes everything in her stride, nothing bothers her she’s even ok with riding over railway bridges while trains go underneath her!
She travels beautifully in a lorry or trailer and is calm and well behaved when out and about. She’s been to group lessons, working hunter shows, xc schooling, dressage, flat shows and is off to stay away dressage camp.
Mabel has beautiful paces and is progressing well with her schooling. She’s more woah than go and will happily trot round cross country or show jumping but will step up to canter when asked.
Mabel has given my daughter so much confidence and fun we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect pony!
She’s such an easy pony to have around you can pick her up and put her down, she’s the same if ridden every day or left for a week or two. She’s perfect for a nervous or novice child wanting to hack out and have freedom cantering across fields or a more established child to school on.
Available after dressage camp ending 14th August.
Home is most important as Mabel is very special to us and we’d love to stay in touch.
