Machno Grand Edition aka 'Smudge' is a lovely, very genuine former event pony who has been highly successful on the BS circuit over the past 3 years and has competed BS and internationally (CSIP Opglabbeek Small Tour 2nd & 3rd 2024 & 2025), with many wins around 1.10/1.15/1.20 level. FEI registered / measured.

Longstanding known family homes since being broken in as a youngster.

Loves his job; competitive, loves a jump off and versatile & experienced both as a showjumper and a XC pony.

Fantastic temperament; really chilled and very easy on the ground - can be handled by small children; no vices. Easy to shoe, box, clip, travel – happy to live in or out; individually or in groups. Never been sick or sorry.

Has proven his ability to step down for a smaller jockey to around the 90cm / 1m levels before moving back up to jump bigger tracks and will be brilliant to teach a child coming off 138s to make the step up to 148s to jump Members Cup and beyond.

Loves arena eventing, beach rides etc.

Very sad sale as rider out of ponies at the end of year; lovely competitive 5 star family home sought for this lovely boy.
