River is a rising 7yo British Warmblood with fantastic bloodlines.
Unfortunately because of an old field injury River is slightly lame in trot when ridden and is unlikely to improve and be able to come into full time work, therefore she has a potential lifetime career as a broodmare.
When in work she had an impressive, elegant trot with a natural affinity for extension and expression, River has a beautiful walk with a large overtrack as well as a balanced and easy to ride canter. On the ground River has a wonderful temperament and is really easy in all ways.
She now has her shoes off and is currently living out at night with our companion pony, if she doesn’t sell we might breed from her ourselves in the spring however, we’re only a small operation and don’t have a huge set up to run a breeding programme hence the reason for sale.
