He is bred to jump and has done small tour previously with his former rider

He is great to hack, brilliant with all kinds of traffic – cars, tractors, buses, motorbikes, cyclists, he has mainly hacked with company, but I’m sure that he would hack alone. He has given his owner her confidence back and love of hacking and most of the time ridden on the buckle end.

He is easy to take anywhere, stands on the wagon and doesn’t get bothered by new venues, he goes on a 3.5ton lorry

He has done several camps where he settled in straight away as though he’d always been there. He has also done regular arena hires at different venues where he’s always behaved impeccably.

He has done regular pole clinics which he loves. He’s also done regular inhand clinics which he excels at. They were a big help in building the bond when he first arrived with his current owner and he really enjoys them.

He has been a real confidence builder for his current owner having lost her confidence with previous horses

Joey will work in the arena, but the flatwork is not where his heart lies and although he can do lots of the movements he enjoys a variation of hacking, schooling, jumping, farm rides

I think he would excel with someone who wants to jump, do some camps and fun rides or hunt as that is what he enjoys most.

He is good with the farrier, dentist, easy to handle and load. He’s up to date with his vaccinations, physio, dentist, farrier
