“Niro” is the epitome of a modern day All-round sport horse.

We purchased this lovely Gelding as a just backed 4yo and he’s been professionally produced ever since. Due to his size he has never been rushed and always been turned away for adequate holidays to grow and mature.

Niro was purchased by us to be a pure showjumper and he quickly progressed through the levels gaining his Newcomers clears as a 5yo before being turned away for a long 7 month holiday in the field to grow on and mature as he was weak due to his size. As a 6yo Niro came back into work in the Autumn and went on to jump upto(BS) Foxhunter (1.20m) and some prestigious age class events before he had another break over Xmas 2024. When we bought him back in this year we decided it would be good for him to go off and do some (BE) Eventing, this proved to be a good move as he absolutely loves the variety it brings. He quickly proved to be a very good Eventing horse with him placing in some very strong classes and scoring as low as 20s in his Dressage.

Niro is incredibly brave and he will absolutely never say no to any job, you could point him at the biggest of fences and he will go every time.

From day to day Niro is a joy to have around the stables and the most genuine kind natured horse you could wish for. Niro is known as the old man of the yard and every task with him is so easy, wether that be out hacking around the lanes at home or at a busy competition centre she just takes things in his stride and has an old head on young shoulders approach to life.

This horse is good enough for a professional to carry on producing in any sphere or equally he would be safe enough to teach an amateur.

Based West Midlands with for the next couple of weeks until we move him to Sussex when the hunting season starts.
