A friendly, fun sort with a cheerful temperament.
He’s great to hack alone & in company. Great in traffic, including tractors, wheelie bins, flappy flags etc
He’s done training clinics & a few competitions in everything although he’s still low milage. Hes not yet a school master but will make a great grassroots allrounder/Cotswold Cup allrounder/hunter/RC or family hack.
- SJ – he’s happy to pop round a 70 course with me, or jump a decent track with a better rider
- XC – he’s schooled confidently round Berriewood/Sapey/Ace & Lincomb etc & done competitions at these venues too, happy through water etc
- Dressage – he’s done a couple of local dressage comps. He was schooled/produced by a pro earlier in his career so although a little rusty these days it wouldnt take much to remind him whats what.
- ODEs – he’s done 2 ODEs last year.
He’s done Fun Rides & hes been cubbing. I think he’d make a great hunter. He’ll happily canter shoulder to shoulder with other horses & go first or last
Good to catch (comes to call) & handle in the yard & stable. He’s the sort you can change rugs in the field. Good with a farrier, to tie up, to load & travel.
Can come with all tack (including 1yr old Bates saddle) & rugs for separate amount.

No vices. Never lame, sick or sorry. A lovely horse with a lot of underused ability & potential. He’s a horse that could suit any member of the family. Not suitable for a novice or nervous rider. Bargain price because I love & rate this horse highly & want to sell him from home but Ive poor trial facilities & hes not done much lately other than hack. If he doesn’t sell he’ll go to a pros yard with better facilities & his price will increase significantly.
