Poldark is a big, rangey type with all the qualities sought after in a modern sport horse. Naturally uphill with a big engine, and a bold, scopey, careful jump; Poldark has been produced carefully and correctly and is now ready to excel as Showjumper or Eventer.

Poldark has been to a few training shows and BS shows on a ticket, proving brave and bold; due to his size he’s not been rushed or over jumped, he is ready to start his competitive career in either discipline.

Poldark is good to hack out, he’s done lots of it! On the roads in traffic, alone and in company, he’s been round or woodland hacking and gallops absolutely fine too, always in a snaffle whatever we do!

Poldark is a lovely horse with a willing attitude, but given his age, size, and calibre, he is not suited to a novice home. He will thrive in a professional environment or with an ambitious amateur looking to produce a serious competition horse

Poldark has no lumps, bumps, health issues or vices. Clean 5 stage vetting and a set of clean x rays from 3 months ago.

Poldark is sadly for sale due to being just a bit too much horse for his current owner; this is still a very difficult sale and therefore the right home is of upmost importance.
