Uggool April – 140cm Connemara Mare (4yrs in April) - Grey roan | Registered with the British Connemara Pony Society | N/N Hoof Wall
A very attractive, substantial true-to-type Connemara mare with exceptional temperament.
By Caherlistrane Bay out of St. Clerans Katie, April is beautifully bred with the quality, movement and presence to excel in the working hunter ring, yet equally has the kind nature to make a fantastic family or pony club pony.
Owned since weaning, she has been allowed to mature naturally, living out in a small herd of youngsters and developing into a confident, people-loving pony who thrives on attention and enjoys her work.
April is a genuine pleasure to have around the yard. She is:
• Easy to catch, lead, groom and load
• Excellent for the farrier
• Used to regular trims, vaccinations, dentist and worm counts
She has been sympathetically and correctly started, taking everything in her stride.
• Happily hacking out, including through water
• Established walk, trot and canter in the arena
• Has popped a small jump showing natural ability
April is a very kind, trainable pony with a wonderful outlook on life and the substance and quality to go on in many directions.
A super young Connemara with all the foundations in place for someone to produce further.
