Saffie is a quality mare full of potential, has a beautiful temperament combined with outstanding movement and confirmation.

She has been in the same home since she was 16months old, where she was backed and ridden away as a 4 year old, then left to mature and produced a lovely quality foal.

She has been restarted at the beginning of this year and has proven to have the sweetest nature and great attitude to work. Does not need riding every day. She can be left and is happy to start where you left off.

Saffie hacks alone and in company and is safe in open spaces. She can be a typical Welsh and is alert to her surroundings however, she is never silly or nasty. She has had confident novices riding her both out hacking and in the school.

She is a forward going responsive ride, she is snaffle mouthed and always tries to please. She is still green in areas, particularly when moving up transitions but this is coming along nicely, she is very quick to learn. She would be a fantastic all rounder or would make a top class ridden prospect.

She currently lives out in a mixed herd

No lumps or bumps. Never bucked, reared or bolted

Up to date with farrier, dentist, physio, vaccinations etc

She is never sick nor sorry and has only ever seen the vets for routine jabs, she is open to any vetting or inspections.

She is only for sale as we just don’t have the time she deserves. Saffie’s home is extremely important to us, she will only go to the right long term home. No dealers.
