Duke is a super smart pony that will do everything! He will Hunt, Event, Pure dressage - BD upto Novice. Working Hunter , Show, Hack or just be your best friend . A true Pony club allrounder!

We have owned Duke from a 4 year old who came from Ireland who had been with a lovely family who had started him with his first event and we have stayed in contact. He was brought for my then 11 year old daughter and they have had so much fun together! This is a heart breaking sale, but sadly my daughter is now 16 and looking for a step up Eventing School Master Horse.

Duke was my daughters first pony , my daughter was nervous and had not ridden much - since having Duke they have done everything, from pony club camps, regionals, Regional and Area BD Dressage, Pony Club Camps, BE and Cotswold Cups, NSEA.

He is great for a Mother/Daughter Share and I would love to keep him if I could as I have recently done Pontispool Cotswold Cup and he took me round after not eventing for many many years! I have also started doing British dressage on him, lower scores due to me forgetting tests! He also would make a great working hunter pony or solely dressage as he is so smart! He can get tense sometimes , but then relaxes and does a lovely test. My daughter has recently done JCB Pony Club Champs dressage to Music Novice.

He is sensitive and looks after you, so will need a quiet rider who will set him up correctly for jumping - He jumps everything - ditches, walls, water etc.

He won the Puissance with our local pony club last year at 1.15cm, he has jumped 1.25 at home, but at a competition he is best at 80/90cm - He may go on to do more in the right hands.

He has also hunted with myself and my daughter and looked after my daughter over huge walls on Boxing Day Meet last year! He loves Hunting! He will put in a buck with excitement!

He hacks alone ( may look at things) but hes good alone or in company, a dream to load! Plait, mane and tail. Good to shoe and handle, catch , clip. Hes a big pet and we adore him! He is nervous of a water hose pipe but thats it!

Easy to take away at shows, / stay away shows. We currently feed him lots of competition food for the job, but would easily step down for a slower pace!

Home is so important for this gorgeous pony who I didn't really ever want to sell and we would like to keep in contact with his new owner. We are also only selling him so we can buy the next horse - School Master Event Horse. So no loans or time wasters please. This pony deserves the best home and will offer so much!

He is a joy to have about and is fit and ready to carry on with his next rider.
