Eye catching coloured, fine Irish sports pony, Gelding, 8yrs.

We have had Scout for 3 ½ years, bought as a project pony for our daughter moving off her 12.2

During this time, he has done all pony club activities, unaffiliated Show Jumping, Dressage, One day events, Arena eventing and Working Hunter, he’s been on multiple fun fell & farm rides, 3 Somerford camps, lots of clinics and lessons and hacked out with all sorts of different friends.

He’s a real character to have around the yard and loved by all who meet him, he’s fantastic to wash and clip is great for the farrier, dentist, vets etc and is great to load and travel.

He will hack out alone or in a group and is a very sociable horse out in the field.

He is a sporty pony so would not suit a novice rider, he’s very happy doing dressage and has potential to go up the levels, recently we have discovered he enjoys showing, proving to be bit of head turner getting champion horse at a local show. He’s confident up to 80cm SJ and has had great summer with his current partner at both local, regional and PC champs, out on the XC he does need a confident rider when jumping the bigger tracks.

Scout is a gorgeous horse with so much to offer, sadly we have outgrown him and the family who have had him this summer have to many others to continue.
