Lovely pony looking for new home.

Bug is looking for a home where he can be enjoyed by a competent jockey going hacking and doing pleasure rides.

He was bought for my daughter to do BD on as he has very nice movement, but after his competitive younger years being a BS pony he isn’t enjoying lots of schooling and he is now outgrown. He has scored high 60s/70s in his short dressage career this summer. This is something that he might enjoy in a more varied and less competitive home.

We have only jumped him a couple of times - he will pop over fallen trees and logs nicely out hacking in the woods.

We have had one SJ lesson with him which was really fun, but this isn’t something we have focused on with him and he would need a competent jockey for this as he has been used to jumping big tracks in the past at the top level. He was lightly hunter in previous home and was impeccably behaved. He hacks alone and in company.

On the ground he is very good to deal with and is a pleasure to handle in all ways.

I had him investigated by our vets to see whether there was any reason for his lack of enthusiasm in the school and there were no surprises - this can be discussed. He has never been lame.

He is not a first pony.

New suitable home is a priority as he is a fab little pony and deserves only the best.

Home is more important than price so open to offers.
