Ivan is looking for his new home as his owner is retiring from riding. All of his belongings can be negotiated at an extra cost.

Ivan is a 10yo, Ish x WB, Bay gelding, 16.2hh by Vancouver (Heartbreaker) x Welcome Diamond.

Ivan was imported as a foal, jumped BS as 4yo, turned his hoof to dressage as a 5yo and owned by his current owner from 6yo. Ivan has been mainly competed at Elementary, he has established lateral work and has plenty more scope to go further up the levels. He currently has 84 BD points.

Ivan is a very striking horse with plenty of bling on him, he has a fabulous walk, a very active trot with super knee and hock action, his canter is his highlight and you could ride that all day long!!!

I took Ivan to a show in the middle of storm Amy, his first time out in 10 months. He was foot perfect in horrible weather, a little rusty around the edges but an absolute pleasure to take out and ride. Loaded on my lorry, stood for a couple of hours whilst I rode someone else horse and came off like a pro!

I have just started jumping Ivan again and he absolutely loves it, he makes a lovely shape of the fence, super careful and gives you a great feeling.

Ivan is good to box, shoe, catch and hack (in company) up to date with jabs, teeth and chiro. He has been to pole clinics, dressage camps, Area festivals, XC schooling and so on. Someone could have a lot of fun with this chap.

Ivan is a face puller in the stable so he is not a kissy loving type, you won't change him so if this is a deal breaker for you then he is not the horse for you. He is not malicious at all, just likes his privacy and has a cheeky but lovable character.

Ivan has been owned and produced for the last 4 years by a capable amateur. He is not for a novice as he is bred for sport and needs stimulation and direction. He would suit an ambitious rider, junior rider, mother daughter share.
