Maisie is the most straightforward ‘get on with the job’ horse going. She loves her job and has a real work ethic. She is forward thinking yet sensible, and would absolutely suit a rider wanting to have lots of fun yet be safe at the same time. She is the perfect Pony Club horse.

She loves her hacking, and is great in both traffic and open spaces and snaffle mouthed at all times. She has also hunted and done beach rides, fun rides etc.

She absolutely loves her jumping, being completely straight to a fence and is totally unfazed by fillers or spooky fences and gives a lovely feel into a jump. She’s careful and scopey and takes you into a fence in a nice way, sorting out her own legs and gets the job done. She is very confidence giving to jump.

On the flat, Maisie is well schooled. She does a nice dressage test and is always on the bit, and nicely off the leg without being sharp.

She loves her cross country, and has done Hunter trialling, cross country schooling, unaffiliated showjumping and lots of Pony Club this summer with a teenager.

Maisie is a fantastic teen’s horse. She likes to get on with her job but she never ever puts a foot wrong. She would quite happily cope with a confident but less experienced rider with support as she is so straightforward though. She would be absolutely suitable as a first horse for a rider coming off ponies / teen mother share.

A wonderful mare and a type very hard to find. She is fun, uncomplicated and easy to look after. She’s happy living in or out, super to travel on both a lorry / trailer, good to clip, shoe and do.
