FR/ CRADLES/ JUNIOR / OPEN WORKER

We have deliberated this for a while but have decided to let our beautiful Sarum Rafferty go on pastures new.

He is by the wonderful stallion Heniarth Quinnell out of Sarum Rose Champagne.

Raff is an absolutely fabulous pony, full of quality and talent. 5yrs old, 12hh.

A really hard type to find and very attractive with his rocking horse dapple grey colour. Delicate enough for a child and yet big enough to carry a small adult.

He has been an absolute star for the last 2 seasons we have had him. He has stood his own in first ridden classes, flat and workers. Super versatile with the scope to jump the open tracks too and also competed in some lead reins as a 4yr old last year.

Qualified for LIHS LR working sports pony 2024 as a 4yr old.

Has mainly competed in first ridden, juniors, novice whp, training stakes this year but has scope to burn if you are wanting to do the open tracks too.
2nd in the NPS Picton final and 7th in the NPS Novice worker final this year. He has jumped a couple of HOYS junior worker tracks with just a couple of baby moments and was 4th in his only attempt in the open A HOYS class.
He was 6th in his only LIHS cradles class and 2nd the junior performance pony class, just missing out on the ticket.
He also loves to hack out, good in traffic, has been to the beach, rides alone or in company, has done some show jumping, clinics and xc hire. Loves to be your best friend and be brushed and cuddled, good to bath, load, travel and clip.

He is a real head turner and has masses of potential with a whole future ahead of him. He will be a really special pony for his next jockey. This is a hard decision for us but have decided to let him go as we have a novice coming through for next year.
