Steve is an outstanding, quality young sports horse who has been carefully produced by a talented young rider with his long term future in mind. Exceptionally well rounded for his age, Steve shows great maturity, balance, and trainability making him the perfect candidate for someone looking to take on a horse ready to progress and put their own stamp on.

He moves beautifully, straight, elegant, and athletic with natural rhythm and balance. He works in a soft snaffle contact, is very trainable, and already has established flying changes, even beginning to offer auto-changes. He would make a particularly exciting prospect as a hunter/jumper for the US market.

Steve has competed successfully in unaffiliated showjumping up to 1m, consistently placing and collecting rosettes at major venues. He is more than ready to register BS and work up the levels through qualifiers, second rounds, and Bronze/Silver leagues.

Steve is a phenomenal cross-country horse brave, scopey, and incredibly genuine. He confidently tackles ditches, steps, rails, and water, always showing class and comfort. He has all the attributes to become a serious eventing prospect, ideal for grassroots classes next spring and with plenty of potential to climb the levels quickly.

He has also hunted with the Flint and Denbigh with a teenager, proving mannerly, brave, and straightforward in a snaffle. If still available, he will be seen out this season with the Coakham Bloodhounds.

Steve is a pleasure to have on the yard he hacks alone and in company, is good with traffic and open spaces, and has no stable vices.
