Three scopey paces - HUGE walk (like a panther!) with an active hindleg, naturally engaged trot with cadence and rhythm and a powerful, balanced canter that makes you want to stay in this pace all day. This horse gives all the natural feeling needed for the higher work.

This horse is SO trainable - has an outstanding attitude, aptitude for learning and natural openness to connecting with his rider - loves to work with you.

He’s been introduced to a lot of the big wide world and I believe has a very solid foundation to handle whatever life throws at him. He’s already proven to be brave, sensible and able to handle himself in every situation presented to him - done loads of hacking solo and in company, with farm machinery, traffic, cyclists, steep country, ramblers (including with walking sticks, dogs and backpacks!). He pops logs, ditches and in the water without fuss. My young groom rides him out happily anywhere. I can lead other breakers off him to head out on the bridleways and he’s perfectly mannered and gives them confidence.

Starting this horse has been an absolute pleasure and I’ve no doubt he will thrive just as much in the next stages of his development as he already has done in the early stages.
