He’s currently standing at 16.1hh and is a beautifully put together young horse with active paces and a lovely sensible temperament.

Basil has the kindest nature, always the first to say hello in the morning and just wants to be everyone’s friend. He has been well handled since a foal and is good to do in all ways- bath, groom, catch and lead, good with his feet.

He’s been on both a busy livery yard and a small, private professional yard and settled into both with ease.

Basil has spent the last 4 weeks in a professional yard where has had the perfect introduction to the saddle. Never pushed or rushed, quietly walked around the lanes proving a bold, forward horse.

He carries proven lines for dressage, temperament, and versatility. A quality youngster with breeding to match, combining intelligence, movement, and athleticism.

Ready to be turned back away to finish maturing before commencing work in a chosen discipline. A great blank canvas ready to be moulded into a fabulous young horse.
