We have owned Hudson for the last 18 months, and he has excelled in every aspect of his work. Predominantly, he has been hunted (5ft 7 petite rider) enjoying both days out in the field and then subsequently whipping in for the Burton Hunt for the end of the 24/25 season. This season he is predominantly mastering, but has still enjoyed a days in the field. Hudson will cross any country, loves to hedge hop and will cross drains.

Outside of the hunt season Hudson has cross country schooled, showjumped up to 1.10m and been around a BE90 unaffiliated.

Hudson has spent the majority of his career as a showjumper, with a BS record up to 1.30 he is straight forward to a fence and isn't phased by fillers etc.

We could definitely see him returning to showjumping as a competitive amateurs horse.

Overall, he is very easy to do despite his height, he has a can do attitude and a labrador temperament. He will hack alone or in company. Good to box/trailer/shoe/clip etc
