Scooby is a handsome 6 yr old Irish Sports Horse, who is the easiest horse to have around on the yard. He's an easy going chap who has enough about him to catch the judges attention, whilst also quiet enough that you could put your granny on to go hacking.

He won his first ever show which was a PC70 ODE and went on to have more success coming 2nd individually at an Inter Branch show jumping competition qualifying for the PC Regional Championships, as well as regularly scoring well in the dressage ring. He has had good correct schooling on the flat and is now working elementary and also showing some talent for the half pass work.

Scooby is currently owned and ridden by a petite young amateur lady rider, and when away working he is also ridden by a petite lady professional dressage rider who has helped bring his flatwork education to the next level.

Scooby would suit someone who is looking for a horse to go out and compete and have fun with, whether a teenager, small adult or mother daughter share, he ticks so many boxes. Due to his young age he wouldn't be suitable for a very novice rider full time as we feel it's important that he continues to get a good education, however he would be a delight for a novice to have fun hacking and you can always trust him to be the grown up of the group on a hack.
